A Success Story: Pargem Telec ommunication experience  of  1 8  years IPera is initiated by Mazlum Kutlar Tolga Gunduz and Tayfun Ozus, who also founded Pargem, a leading name of Turkish IT industry. Pargem was founded in 1991 and joined “Borusan Technology Group” in 2000.  ( www.borusan.com )  The purchase of 60% shares of Pargem in 2000 constituted a new step towards the Borusan Technology Group. At the end in 2004, t rio  sell their 40% share to the Borusan and the t hey  have left their active managing positions at Borusan Holding to start a new success story :  IPera ! Year 2002 Pargem received "IP Telephony Business Partner of the Year" by Cisco Systems with its studies in the IP Telephony Area.
