Loan And MRPA Automation
MRPA (Master Risk Participation Agreement) is the joint financing between ANZ
Indonesia and ANZ Singapore (Regional) of the one credit/ trade facility for Trade
Financing Loan, Discounting Export payment and Trust Receive product processing .For
the last several years, the facilities funded via MRPA and non MRPA are growing very
significant, since it is one of the policies of PT Bank ANZ Indonesia to maintain the
liquidity.Currently, operations team (Lending Operations and Trade Operations) is doing
the process using manual tools (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words) where the human
errors are likely to occursIt is because the loan booking under MRPA is more complex
than the usual loan booking, for example; we should provide MRPA Reports to Finance
team, provide and pay withholding tax Art 26 to the government, etc
Non MRPA currently we are using checklist with manual excel calculation for 100% loan
booking credit/ trade facility for Trade Financing Loan in Indonesia only.
