STRATEGIC PLANNING TOOLS
Beginning of the year is the time when we set our goals and plan the steps to be
taken to achieve these goals. It is the time when we develop strategies and
planning tactics. The communication becomes strategic when it is structured in a
way to support the key development objectives of the company or organization.
What makes one company stand out from its competitors? What makes an
enterprise unique? Beyond a certain level of market development, the
differences no longer lie only in the range of goods or services offered. These are
more or less the same for all successful companies, meaning that the difference
between success and failure is determined by other factors such as reputation,
know-how, attention, attitude, etc. All this intangible aspect should be carefully
managed and addressed on regular daily bases and it could be done with different
communication tools
