Overview to basic principles
Student-Centered Learning: Prioritize the needs and interests of

instructional decisions and provide timely and constructive feedback.
Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to adjust teaching methods based
on the needs of the students. Adapt to changes in the educational
environment and incorporate new technologies and methodologies.
Reflective Practice: Regularly reflect on teaching practices and experiences.
Identify strengths and areas for improvement to enhance professional growth.
Inclusion: Promote inclusivity by creating an environment where all students,
