CORPORATE WARGAMING
•We all know that any strategy is worthless unless it is properly planned and
correctly executed, but how often is the overall package tested before
implementation? In a military context, the answer is always, and we believe this
should be true for any major, critical business endeavor. To that end, we provide a
tailor-made Corporate Wargaming service for our clients to stress-test their
proposed strategies, concepts and plans.
•Our Corporate Wargames are disciplined, action-reaction role-playing workshops
that pit your actual decision-makers and managers (the Blue Team) against role-
playing competitive adversaries (the Red Team).
•Our methodology provides an outstanding confidence-building risk mitigation
exercise, that provides live leadership and organisational learning opportunities
for all.
•Each workshop is a unique event that is extremely flexible in terms of time, effort
and participation. While we recommend your Red Team has undertaken one of
our Red Team training courses, if they haven’t, we will supplement the team with
some of our mentors to provide guidance and ensure that the interaction is
realistic and learning-based.
•Our White Team designs and facilitates the workshop in concert with the client

•A Red Team provides that. It is a group separate from your regular planning staff
