Our People  Andy Liddle, Director An internationally recognized expert consulting in Lean Six Sigma deployment and process improvement with well over 15 years experience   in Lean and Six Sigma and process improvement.  Lead Lean and Six Sigma Assessor for the British Quality Foundation.  He enjoys helping companies maximize the business benefit of Lean and Six Sigma in their company working at all levels from executive level strategy development and deployment, through to shop floor training and project coaching .  Andrew Ruddick, Director A highly experienced change leader and Lean Six Sigma practitioner. A certified Master Black Belt &  Champion, he has worked both as a consultant and in the deployment of Lean Six Sigma since 1998.  Very pragmatic and practical Andrew is particularly skilled in the tailoring & application of six sigma and lean techniques to a wide variety of environments beyond manufacturing.. He is also a recognised expert in customer driven Design For Six Sigma Geoff Noble, Senior Associate Over 30 year’s international experience in the USA, Europe, Middle East and S.E. Asia, in such industries  as automotive, aerospace, packaging, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, and chemicals.  He has extensive experience in all phases of continuous improvement programs, including strategy deployment, executive training, champion and sponsor training, project selection, Green Belt and Black Belt training, and Lean assessments and 'kaizen”‘ rapid improvement event facilitation. Frank Allan, Associate A highly experienced leader in ‘Change Management’ and a Continuous Improvement expert. He is a Lean Six Sigma practitioner (GB & BB) and prior moving into consulting he worked for 5 years as a Continuous Improvement Manager developing and deploying Lean Six Sigma for Alcan across 24 plants in 15 countries. He has led a number of Plant Turnaround projects throughout the Supply Chain within Europe aimed at returning poor performing plants back to profitability within 9 to 12 months. He enjoys managing change at all levels, but what excites Frank is to see the change in personal behaviour, growth and attitude.
