The Operations Performance Delivery team at Fidelity Investments partners with business leaders to shape strategy and lead initiatives to improve operational performance through cost efficiencies, risk reduction, quality improvement, and increased customer satisfaction. They identify opportunities by working closely with business teams and applying business management and quality principles. The team works with partners at all levels of the organization, quantifies business problems, identifies solutions, and leads process improvement and transformation projects. One associate led numerous projects, contributing over $5.8 million in benefits in 2014 and was among the top performers in the department.
