This is a brief outline of NISSIN 3D Freeform Tube Bender (NISSIN CNC Pipe Bender) and our company profile.
[Overview]
With the NISSIN CNC 3D Freeform Tube Bender, it is possible to bend different radii at tubes and profiles in three dimensions without tool change.
This is due to a patented tooling in combination with a CNC control system.
Radii can follow each other without straight length in between, and can be in different planes.
The machine can produce bent tubes with homogeneous wall thickness.
Using a mandrel, thin-walled pipes be bent on the NISSIN CNC 3D Freeform Bender, up to a diameter of 60.5 mm.
The smallest radius that can be achieved is somewhere around 3DR (depending on material tube specification.)
The 3 axis system can bend round tubes only with suggested thickness 5 - 10% of O.D.
The Easy Programming software on Windows has features like 3D preview, mirroring and rotation,

The Nissin CNC 3D freeform tube bender offers extraordinary advantages over

With the Nissin, a tube is continuously guided through a single die according to the
programmed specifications. !
This single die technology offers flexibility in part design which is unmatched by other

L200 means a 200mm straight length,
R40 means a 40mm bending radius,
T90 means a 90 degrees bending angle,

14. 1) Applicable tube materials?!
Basically, applicable tube should be made of steel, stainless, !
or aluminium. !
(In JIS standards: STKM, SGP, SUS304, SUS316, A5052, A6063.)!

2) Min. bending radius?!
3 * O.D (Please refer to the figure.)!
ex. in case of φ25 tube 3DR is 3 * 25 !
= 75R is the min. bending diameter.!

3)Max. bendinding radius!
No limit. But under 30DR is recommended for accuracy control.!

4) Thickness of tube?!
In general, the thickness should be within 5~10% of the tube !
outside diameter, for safety.!

5) Can I bend round bar?!
No, you can not.!
NPB can bend only tubular metal made of steel, stainless steel,!
and/or aluminium.!

5) Oval shaped, or other non-circular shaped tube applicable?!
No, you can not.!

6) How about repeatability?!
In general, within ±1 degree (per bend), but it depends on the!
tubes' specific attributes. Trial bending is required with the material !
tubes available in your market. Our reference specification is JIS.!

A special sort of wear-resistant ceramic.!

In general, approx. 200km in material length but it depends on !
the quality of tube materials and how hard you bend it.!

For a normal operator, it would take just 20 - 30 min.!
If the O.D. remains the same, you do not have to change anything.!
