Avanza transformed its development organization from siloed teams to a customer-focused structure with autonomous agile teams. The transformation was prompted by increasing lead times, cross-dependencies between teams, and declining team motivation. Avanza created 16 teams with end-to-end responsibilities aligned to customer journeys and value streams. This resulted in decreased time to market from 5.9 to 1.2 teams on average, increased strategic flexibility, and empowered employees who felt ownership of budgets and delivery.

Building upon well established Scrum, XP, and lean software development methods, agile scaling frameworks such as Dean Leffingwell's Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Scott Ambler's Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) address large, complex software delivery initiatives through their full delivery lifecycle from project initiation to production. These frameworks have received significant interest in both federal government and private industries, recognizing the need for continued team-based iterative and incremental adaptive approaches to software development, balanced with scaling processes and factors at the Program and Portfolio levels and organizational governance models and guidance for large enterprise engagements. This session will provide a brief overview of these two agile scaling models, address the benefits of what both are trying to accomplish, and compare and contrast specific similarities and differences.

As a result, we saw a need for a better change approach to help us and others in the agile community with agile transformations. Borrowing thinking and tools from Lean Startup, Kanban and Kotter we have defined a structured framework known as Lean Change. The premise behind our thinking is that successful agile transformation requires learning and feedback as the keys for success. Lean Change is founded on three concepts, co-creation of changes through negotiated change, experiment based objectives using minimum viable changes, and validated learning to guide changes through a structured validation lifecycle.

What Is Operational Excellence?
Operational excellence is a framework for businesses to focus on growth and execute their strategy better than their competitors .
Drawing from continuous improvement and other tools, companies pursuing operational excellence adopt a mindset of problem solving, teamwork, and top-line growth, allowing them to create more value for customers.
The drive to keep improving in order to have the capacity to pursue innovation and growth (also known as execution excellence) rests on four primary pillars --
Customer Satisfaction
Employee Engagement
Commercial Impact
Efficient Resource Usage
Approach Towards OPEX
Approach towards OPEX starts with building efficient processes that make it clear to all employees whether or not an organization’s systems are running smoothly and make it possible for team members to step in with improvements when necessary.
The systematic management of operations and the commitment to a positive culture that focuses on customers’ needs and empowered staff is key requirement to build OPEX culture
Note :- “Operational excellence enables an organization to do more with the same staff through better employee engagement and streamlined processes. It is not about cutting resources, but rather about figuring out together how we can better apply our resources”
Below mentioned key steps towards OPEX Approach :-
Design Lean Value Streams
Make Lean Value Streams Flow
Make the Flow Visual
Create Standard Work for the Flow
Make the Abnormal Flow Visual
Create Standard Work for the Abnormal Flow
Have Employees in the Flow Improve the Flow

Alignment toward common goal
Systematic Thinking
Constancy around Vision
Continuous Improvement
Flow and Pull value
Focus on Process
Seek Perfection
Cultural Enablers

Benefits of Operational Excellence
Efficiency in processes and use of resources
Cost reduction or containment
Engaged, stable workforce
Cohesive management
Strong shareholder value
High-quality standards
Beneficial partnerships with suppliers
Operational excellence helps you succeed in good times and bad because of the way it impacts key characteristics and behaviors of your organization.
Agile: Operational excellence is oriented around ongoing adaptation, so it is flexible and dynamic. Markets change, customer tastes shift, innovators introduce new technology, and problems arise. When you apply the principles of operational excellence, you naturally have a self-correcting mechanism to ensure you meet customer needs and that your business continues to grow.
Strategic: When you practice operational excellence, your company leadership does not need to get involved in solving low-level problems and managing daily operations. Instead, senior executives are able to work on new products or markets and revenue opportunities. So, rather than fighting fires, leaders focus on

Most Agile adoptions put emphasis on training team members or specific roles. Having a group of “agile” teams does not provide the holistic change that is required within an organization looking to improve by adopting Agile, Scrum or Lean practices.Organizational Agility requires culture and paradigm shifts, changing the way work is approached, tackling impediments that are transparently exposed and in many cases, restructuring. Many organization leaders and managers say “this sounds great but where do I get started”? Join us for this session on how leaders can pragmatically begin the shift from traditional management to Agile management, enabling self-organization and becoming designers of the new environments that many organizations need to create in order for a successful Agile transformation.
The Agile Activity based Seating Report 2018 - PresentationMia Kolmodin
There is an increasing trend in Sweden to move in to something commonly called Activity Based Seating, what we discovered is often confused with Flexible Seating. We couldn’t find any data on the actual impact of these kind of seatings for Agile Teams. Thats why we did a survey to uncover the “truth” with 177 people answering and an open space session to learn more about what learnings are out there from people working Agile.
The survey was presented at Agila Sverige 2018 and can be found here > At an Open Space session we got together to share experiences people had around ABS. The result of both is shared in this free infographic and we hope this information can bring value to you and your organization so that you can find better solutions together. Please feel free to use the content in any way you like. We would though be happy if you would refer to Dandy People if you take any content out of context.

It covers both briefly the background to why we work Agile, some history and problems as well as values and principles. It also covers the difference between waterfall development and Agile in two aspects and the most common Agile practice, basic Scrum. Also I added some Lean practices to the mix to add a more advanced level to it.

Unveiling the Secrets How Does Generative AI Work.pdfSam H
At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

3. “Avanza's development organization has grown from 7 to 16 teams during the last 4
years. Great fun, of course, but it also required some prerequisites.
In the fall of 2016, our lead times increased significantly, we had many cross-
dependencies between the teams; and, we began to see early signs that our team's
motivation was suffering. We were not sure why this was because we had been working
in an agile way for over 10 years. We needed to take the next step.
During the past year we have learned a great deal. Based on that, we have created a new
team structure that follows our customer's journey and value streams. This new structure
includes 16 autonomous teams with end-to-end responsibilities, with clear missions; and,
that are linked to our vision. The teams also have responsibility for all channels and have
the skills required to deliver on their missions.”
