This document describes the author's food habits before and after learning about nutrition. Before, the author's diet consisted of things like paratha, yogurt, eggs, biscuits, chips and fried foods for meals with little consideration for nutrition. After learning about nutrients, calories and health, the author made interventions like drinking warm lemon water before breakfast, eating more whole foods like eggs, oats, nuts and yogurt at meals and limiting snacks, rice and junk food. The author provides suggestions for others like eating more fiber, fruits and vegetables, drinking water and tailoring diets based on age and needs.
