2. My food story before the know how of nutrition:
Before breakfast a warm glass of water
Breakfast:๏ฟฝ
๏ท Partha with butter
๏ท Dahi(yogurt)
๏ท Egg or curry (with Partha)
๏ท Sometimes bread and jam (rarely)
๏ท Chai and coffee โ
๏ท Lasi (rarely)
Between breakfast and lunch I usually eat snacks like potato chips ๐ or biscuits etc.
Lunch:
๏ท Itโs vary day to day
๏ท Sometimes I donโt have much appetite because before lunch I eat snacks
๏ท In other days I eat rice ๐
๏ท Fry foods are usually eat in lunch
๏ท Chapatti with curry
๏ท Noodles ๐
Before dinner I rarely take evening snacks
Dinner :

chapatti
๏ท Different things are made with milk as desert
๏ท Due to my belongs to village we take milk products very much
๏ท A glass of milk ๏ฟฝ
๏ท Fruits
๏ท Junk food
๏ท In dinner sometimes eat outdoor foods
Actually when I donโt know much about nutrient I usually eat all the things without check and
balance and I donโt care about the calories, nutritional needs and healthy foods.
After the know how of nutrition I donโt eat all the things without check and balance. I eat in
proportions and eat calculated calories in a day.
I made some interventions in my food with pervious food. Interventions are written below :
My food story after the know how of nutrition :
Before breakfast take warm water with lemon or honey which helps in metabolism.
Breakfast :
๏ท Eggs which give choline which is beneficial for brain
๏ท Oat meals which have fiber
๏ท Coffee or Chai which make active throughout the day
๏ท Berries have low sugar and fiber
๏ท Nuts improve heart disease risk factors
๏ท Yogurt increases the metabolic rate
๏ท Green tea it also speed up are metabolism
๏ท Milk shakes which gives many benefits
4. Take best breakfast because itโs our diet which helps us to live healthy
Lunch & Dinner:
๏ท Cereals
๏ท Legumes
๏ท Barley product
๏ท Liquidly curry with chapatti or breads
๏ท Take 2 time green tea in a day
๏ท Take 2 days in a weak rice with a recipe you want
Suggestions:
๏ท take citric fruits, vitamin c, take milky diet and fruits and take vegetables and avoid meat,
chicken and beef products
๏ท Take those foods which fulfill our appetite but with lesser calories, sugar and fats
๏ท Take fiber food which fulfill our appetite
๏ท Take warm water more and more
๏ท Donโt lay on only one thing eat different fruits and vegetables
๏ท For children :give them there requirement and in small portion, donโt force them to eat
๏ท For older :give them a proper diet plan donโt give them a large quantity of protein, give
them cholesterol free food
๏ท For adults: they take all type of food with vitamins, proteins, and other minerals, they have
to avoid junk food which donโt give any healthy benefits
