 9.00-1pm- WORK/SCHOOL/COLLEGE
 10-10.15am-COFEE/ TEA/ CIGGERATE 2-3TIMES
 1-2PM-LUNCH
 2-5PM -WORK/ DAY SLEEP
 6.00 am SNACKS/COFFEE/TEA.
 8.00 COFEE/ TEA
 9am-11 am-DINNER with watching TV
 11pm-12 am-COMPUTER
 Around 12 am-SLEEP

 morning is very essential for health....
All most all the people including doctor
 accept this.
But…… reality is….
Always Luke warm water is to be preferred.
Along with food having a sip of water is good.

Clicking clock and bright light to be
 avoided
Oil application to feet induce good
 sleep
Half an hour reduced sleep of night will
 reduce 33 percentage working

  cigarettes/butts – risk in children
  salivation, vomiting, arrhythmias and/or
  convulsions (fatality is mostly reduced by
  vomiting)

WHAT WE DO IN A DAY? 6,7,8,9am- GETTING UP FROM BED 7-9am- BED COFFEE, TEA, WATER BRUSH, BATH 9.00am- BREAKFAST/ BRUNCH 9.00-1pm- WORK/SCHOOL/COLLEGE 10-10.15am-COFEE/ TEA/ CIGGERATE 2-3TIMES 1-2PM-LUNCH 2-5PM -WORK/ DAY SLEEP 6.00 am SNACKS/COFFEE/TEA. 8.00 COFEE/ TEA 9am-11 am-DINNER with watching TV 11pm-12 am-COMPUTER Around 12 am-SLEEP

  • 10. vyayama/ exercise Working Hard In A Jim Is Very Essential.... Literary meaning of word of vyayama is the procedure the one which gives work to all the body parts/structures. The one which increases the heart rate and respiratory rate .
  • 12. SNANA/ Bath Our thinking… Hot water bath is good.. Any bathing soap can be used Its not a daily procedure to do…
  • 13. BREaK FaST……? Common thoughts- Breakfast is ok daily it is not mandatory to get the hunger. Spurted grains or bread with jam or over night prepared rice in altered form What is to be taken… light delicious, hot… Significant… In morning hunger will be low…

Hunger doesn't matter…. When reality show start we will take the food.. Mostly from hotel or preserved food (fridge items) Need of hour… Hunger .. Lightness of the body Bowels passed properly Pleasantness of the mind. Freshly prepared.

  • 27. Type of food. It should be whole some to individual Should be warm. Should contain all taste-sweet, sour, salt, pungent, bitter, astringent Ginger, green gram, boiled vegetables, smashed grains, old grains/rice, wheat, barli, gooceberries, pom granite.
  • 28. NIGHT FOOD Time of intake…. Content…. Light and warm… Avoidance of curd… If u want take then should be with amla powder.. After the food walk a while Milk is to be avoided….
  • 30. Drinking half to one liter of water in morning is very essential for health.... All most all the people including doctor accept this. But…… reality is…. Always Luke warm water is to be preferred. Along with food having a sip of water is good. Concept of free radicals..
  • 31. Sleep - SWAPNA Early to bed… Clicking clock and bright light to be avoided Oil application to feet induce good sleep Half an hour reduced sleep of night will reduce 33 percentage working performance.
  • 32. When ever free time is there one should take small day sleep because  it gives freshness…. ???

Harmful effects of smoking • CHRONIC BRONCHITIS - main cause of this disease in developed countries • HARMFUL EFFECTS IN PREGNANCY - significant reduction in birth weight, retardation in mental and physical development • Acute Intoxication after swallowing cigarettes/butts – risk in children salivation, vomiting, arrhythmias and/or convulsions (fatality is mostly reduced by vomiting)
