Conclusion
 Internship program at University of Agriculture
Faisalabad overall was very informative. Most
common disease at medicine clinic was PPR,
Theileriosis, and Parvoviral infection.
 At surgery clinic commonly performed surgery was
castration
 While at therio clinic most common case were
Dystocia and pregnancy diagnosis.
Suggestion about internship
 Most of the diseases were Protozoal like Theileriosis, Babesiosis or
Anaplasmosis are tick-borne disease that can be controlled through
eradication of tick infestation in animals.
 Viral diseases in pets like Parvovirus infections can be controlled
through proper vaccination schedule.
 Various metabolic diseases like Bloat, Ketosis, and Milk fever can be
prevented through proper feeding management.
 Early treatment of bacterial diseases and isolation of infected animals
from healthy animals is necessary after diagnosis of contagious
diseases.
 Proper treatment of diseased animals should be necessary.
 Proper schedule of De-worming of animals after specific intervals is
necessary.
 Professional and technical programs for farmers should be arranged to
educate for eradication and control of the disease.
Yours suggestion:
 Your suggestions are very important and valuable. You can
mail me your suggestions. Thanks.
