  1. What is Internet? Internet is the global communication network that allows almost all computers worldwide to connect and exchange information. So what do we use this global network for? For businesses such as ours, we use it for Marketing. You can increase your network through the internet and if you want anything to go viral, you just upload it online. Internet marketing, is the cheapest and the most effective way to promote ones product or service on a global scale.   2. buyers and sellers are now more tech savvy than ever before. House hunters tend to do extensive online research before making decisions about property, a product that has a high monetary value. This means that a company with a visible online presence will attract more serious potential buyers than a company without such a strong presence.
  3. Presence on the Web is important for any business because you can advertise your services, mission statement and anything else necessary for potential customers. Gone were the days where you only have to rely on the people that you know and those you meet on the streets to promote what you offer. With the advent of social media platforms you can instantly reach almost two million possible clients with just a few clicks away.
  4. The Web is your virtual salesman, and Web real estate is so inexpensive that most of the time a website is the first thing a company/individual does on startup.
  5. What is SOCIAL MEDIA? Social media refers to the means of interactions among people in which they create, share, and exchange information and ideas in virtual communities and networks.
  6. These are websites and applications that enable users to create and share content or to participate in social networking.

When choosing your topics to write about, you should think on both the local and national level if you want to draw the most readers. You want Google to bring up your blog on the first page of search results, if you can manage it. This takes time and some effort, so don’t expect it to happen overnight.   8.  Some of the most effective tools like clear and crisps photos, short but engaging videos, and now virtual reality are just some of technology-enhanced gears that you can harness to capture your market.

You can broadcast these for your customers living overseas and initiate conversations with them.  Alternatively, you can host a Facebook live interview once a week and allow followers to share their thoughts, ask questions, and receive expert advice regarding buying, selling, and investing in properties. VR is memorable, new, visually stimulating, engaging, and extremely personal. Not only that, VR 3D tours are effective, efficient, and eye catching. When you can offer potential home buyers an interactive experience, house hunting is much more fun.   Hyper-target marketing involves marketing directly to a select group of people – your target market. By engaging in hyper-target marketing through social media and other similar networks, realtors are able to meet and network with their potential clients directly whenever they want to. This is one of the top marketing tactics of 2017 mainly due to its effectiveness.
