different styles of communication per individual/group.



Internal Communication: Communication within an organization (memos
guidelines, policies, procedures) tending to everyone’s needs, leaving no one out, give
the information they need to do their job effectively/ maintain shared vision/ help
understand.


Why? Improves the effectiveness of one’s job, which in turn the success of the team.
Keeps everyone up to date, everyone gets to deal with the change together. Respond
quickly/efficiently to change
