• มารดาภูมิลาเนา บุรีรัมย์ อายุ 27 ปี อาเภอ บ้านใหม่ไชยพจน์ ตาบล
ทรายทอง

3. Chief complaint
• ทารกน้าหนักน้อยหลังคลอด

4. Present illness
• Prenatal hx
• G2P0A1 GA 37+2 wk EDC 6/2/60
• 1st ANC 5+6 wk ANC 10 ครั้ง
• Serology – negative
• U/S ระบุแค่ท่า Vertex at GA 36+3

• Perinatal hx
• คลอด NL BW 1630 g (P<10) APGAR 9,10
• ร้องดี Tone ดี ตัวแดงดี ไม่มีหายใจหอบ

– 38 point => GA 38 wks

• Genitalia - Normal
• Anus - Patent

• คือ ภาวะ SGA ที่ Height, weight, และ head
circumference อยู่ใต้ P3 บางตาราใช้ P10 เหมือนกัน
• สาเหตุ
– จากปัญหาของทารกในครรภ์ ในช่วง early gestation ช่วง first
trimester
– Most common caused
• Congenital infection TORCH syndrome
• Genetic disorder/Chromosome abnormality

• คือภาวะ SGA โดยที่มี ศีรษะ น้าหนักตัว ความยาว ไม่ตกลงในช่วง
กราฟเดียวกัน มันมีความผิดปกติช่วงกลาง และช่วงท้ายของการ
ตั้งครรภ์ ส่วนใหญ่ จะมีศีรษะที่ใหญ่ปกติ มี Brain sparing
effect
