This document summarizes a project at Pardubice University in the Czech Republic aimed at improving language education through innovation. The key activities of the project include developing language teaching innovations, creating a bilingual university environment, implementing e-learning technologies, utilizing information and communication technologies, and providing professional development for language teachers. Some specific initiatives discussed are developing 21 online courses using the Moodle learning management system and Mahara e-portfolios, offering workshops on topics like academic writing and intercultural competences, and creating an online content system to allow life-long access to e-learning materials.
