1. when planning the ideas for our groups video we brainstormed various ideas and
evaluated what the topic of “changing the world one step at a time “ what
it meant to us and wrote some initial ideas down. Here are the six ideas that we came
to decide upon and the reasons why we chose them and why we feel it is appropriate
for the topic given.

2. One of our initial ideas was peer pressure and how it can change a person
or help them to grow. It effects people in many different ways and we thought
this topic would be something new and interesting to make a short film on.
Some of the inspirations for this topic were
• The inbetweeners
• Skins
• New girl
• Waterloo road
We used these types of TV programs as they depict life for kids in 2013 and
we would like to mirror this in our film making it more realistic and gripping
to watch.
Another idea we had involved the theme of “no regrets” we though this would
be another good idea to make a short film about as in life people may chose to
dwell upon past actions or simply chose to move on and have no regrets.
Our group thought making this theme into a film would offer us a challenge
and be infesting to watch after we have completed it. We brainstormed
potential inspirations for this themes and some were
• Eminem
• Drake
• breaking bad
• Dexter

3. The next idea we came up with is “experiences” we thought this idea would be
something good to make into a film as it could involve many different aspects
and would have lots of leverage to explore this idea. The topic can relate to
many people as though our lives we have many different experiences both good
and bad
Some initial inspirations for this theme were
• The apprentice
• Inception
• Alice in wonderland
• Big brother
Our final and ultimately the idea we decided upon as a group was the idea of “finding
yourself” this theme entails how a person can find out who they really are in various
situations both good and bad. The theme will allow us to explore various real life
situations and scenarios and will allow us to make a more detailed and interesting
end product, some inspirations for the theme is
• Lion king
• Breaking bad
• Magic mike and songs such as
• Pink-stupid girls , smile
• Katy Perry – fireworks and artists such as drake ACDC and rolling stones
