Played key role in ensuring smooth launch of GSM services. The role I was entrusted
with was to coordinate between business user as well as development teams, find out the
actual issue the business users are facing, identify the issue and then coordinate with
concerned teams to sort the issue out. All applications related to prepaid was my area of
operation.

only those users who are subordinate to that particular user.
