Summary
I have 14+ years of experience in the IT Industry with very good experience in
ERP and Banking domain. I have worked in the capacity of Lead Consultant,
Senior Consultant, Test Lead, and Developer for various projects for India, US
and Australia based client.
My experience includes the following:
i. Managing multiple end to end projects involving multiple applications,
managing multiple teams (Testing, TEM, PEG), stakeholder management,
managing transitions, managing escalations, managing and getting sign-
offs for different phases of testing, .
ii. Involved in the complete life cycle of Projects which involved

Engagement Overview
1. Organization: Capgemini India Pvt Ltd since October 2012.
Client: ANZ (Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Limited).
Projects: Below are some of the key projects that I am working on:
i. Veda EV 2.2 Project: This is an electronic verification project of
customers with ANZ Bank. Currently Trulioo is used for electronic
verification. Bank has decided to introduce another application ‘Veda’ in
addition to the existing one to get a matching rate of more than 81.5 %
of customer verification.
ii. Peoplesoft CRM Tools Upgrade Project: This is tools upgrade project
of Peoplesoft CRM from 8.51 to 8.52.
iii. Peoplesoft HCM Tools Upgrade Project: This is tools upgrade project
of Peoplesoft CRM from 8.52 to 8.53.
iv. HR Foundation Project: This is an upgrade project from Peoplesoft 8.9
to 9.2. Currently, Peoplesoft HRMS version 8.9 is being used by the bank.
Now with limited enhancement support from Oracle the bank has decided
to upgrade to Peoplesoft HRMS version 9.2 from 8.9.
v. Bi-monthly HCM Releases: This is an on going support work.
2. Organization: ANZ (Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Limited)
Projects: Below are some of the key projects that I have worked on:
i. People Soft Global Recruitment: Currently there are a number if
different technology instances and database that are used to support
existing Recruitment process. With the implementation of this Global
Recruitment Project a global uniform process will come effective for
recruitment process.
ii. People Soft Global HCM Role out: This project will ensure that all
employees as part of ANZ Bank across the globe will now be part of people soft.
iii. PeopleSoft Global Payroll Issues for India: The current system is not
able to calculate the Tax Rebate Claim for the Indian Employee. Also the IT
Worksheet is not showing the correct data.
iv. PeopleSoft HCM Mandatory Super Implementation for ANZ
Australia: ANZ is required to change its earnings base for calculating
Superannuation Guarantee (SG) contributions by July 2008, to ensure
compliance with the Superannuation Guarantee legislation.
v. PeopleSoft CRM Service Desk Implementation for ANZ Australia,
India and Fiji: This project is about leveraging the opportunity provided
by the new PeopleSoft Help Desk system to automate the logging,
tracking and reporting of work requests/cases being handled by the

different Shared Services Teams in Australia and India, People Capital
and Vendor Management Unit in New Zealand and Quest Fiji.
vi. New Legal Entity Setup for India: Setup a New Legal Entity for India
vii. PeopleSoft Global Payroll Implementation for India: Currently ANZ
Bangalore uses Delphi for the Functions like Payroll Processing, General
Ledger Processing, Banking Process, Termination, Performance Bonus, to
name a few. The objective of the Global Indian Payroll project is to
integrate the above existing ANZ Bangalore functionality into the current
PeopleSoft system.
viii. Bi-monthly HCM Releases: This was an on going support work known
as BAU.
3. Organization: Covansys India Pvt Ltd.
Projects: Below are the key projects that I have worked on:
i. J D Edwards SCM and Manufacturing Releases: This was an on going
BAU release and enhancement project.
4. Organization: CMC Limited
Projects: Below are some of the key projects that I have worked on:
i. Electoral Photo Identity Card: The Project, EPIC, deals with
maintenance of an Electoral database that included a module to
generating the Photo Identity Card.
ii. Total Electoral Roll Management System: The electoral roll was
prepared and updated into the Oracle database using this software
package. The Election Commissioner could pull out a variety of reports
from this system for monitoring the progress of the electoral roll as well
as reviewing the electoral base.
iii. CENSUS: This project functions mainly to automate the generation of
CENSUS. The forms were scanned in a batch which was stored as TIF
(Text Image File). The TIF’s were then put into the e-Flow system. The e-
Flow system consists of both manual and automatic stations. The TIF’s
were then processed at all these stations both automatically and
manually to form DIF (Document Image File). These DIF’s were then
used to generate the statistics & report by Districts.
5. Organization: Softway Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.
Projects: Below are the key projects that I have worked on:
i. Fault Control Systems / Commercial Software: This project functions
mainly to automate the Fault Control process for Calcutta Telephones.
The system was used to generate a variety of reports by categories
including Internal Fault System and External Fault System.
