Their overarching focus is to perfect the customer experience by shifting towards a customer-centric culture. Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder
Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

ABOUT THE LEADER
14. AVANA is establishing a
legacy of excellence creating
a healthcare ecosystem, with
responsibility, ethics,
and commitment towards
innovative technologies
a) Loss of Business: This is an obvious one, Complete
stoppage of business during lockdown period till June.
The elective surgeries had stopped both due to patient
apprehensions and hospital bed allocations to COVID
patients. Though post July, there had been some recovery
of surgeries, though it would take a little more time for
the complete recovery to take place.
b) People: Retaining and motivating Talent during this time
was essential, and at the same time ensuring team safety
was of prime importance.
c) Connecting with Surgeons: It has been a delicate balance
of maintaining safety of employees while maintaining
commitment towards helping surgeons treat their patients
better.
d) Logistics: Maintaining logistics consistency and stock in
hand due to disrupted supply chains across the seas.
As one of the prominent medical device enablers, what
steps have you taken towards tackling the COVID-19
pandemic and its impact, all the while safeguarding
your employees and taking care of your clientele’s
needs?
As you have rightly pointed out, employee safety has been
on our foremost priority. We had taken a number of steps
during COVID Pandemic including:
Digitalization of connect and reach to Surgeons: As
physical channels of reach to the surgeons had been
restricted, we had established digital reach to the surgeons
opening up as one of the major channels of two-way
communication for product, requirement support, technical
assistance etc.
Protocoled service: To service the surgeries at the hospitals,
we had established strict protocols for staff safety
compliance in terms of Safety Kits, sanitization, Sanitized
Instrument Transfer, Vehicle Protocol for Implant, and
Instrument Delivery, in Hospital Protocol for Safety, and
Post Surgery Protocols etc.
Digitalizing the logistics: to maintain uninterrupted supply
despite disrupted supply chains.
Digitalization of medical education: We have trained more
than 3000 surgeons through Online Platforms during the
Pandemic. This includes Young Surgeons, Mid Senior
surgeons and even Specialization Trainings with the Most
Renowned and Best Surgeons in the World.
Digital channels for patient education: As almost more than
80% patients have done a digital research before visiting
doctors, Right Awareness to the Patients had been an
important initiative taken by us.
What advice would you like to give to the young
entrepreneurs who are looking to enter in the medical
devices and healthcare space?
Well, the expansion in the Sector has just started and we
have a long way to go.
As young Entrepreneurs, the time is ripe to get into
platforms that connect the continuum of care. Hence Heath
Tech is going to play a very important role in future. The
15. gamut of innovations that can be done in this field is
immense, right from Medical Tourism, Telemedicine
Opportunities, to monitoring of devices and patients on the
broad spectrum. Hence, if you are enthusiastic about
healthcare, this is the right time.
How do you envision on sustaining your company’s
competency in this ever-changing dynamic of business
ecosystem? Where do you see your company in the next
five years?
The core DNA of our organization is Innovation, Medical
Education, Knowledge, and Connect. Hence, we would
continue to innovate in this space not only in terms of new
and innovative medical device introduction to India, but
also the delivery mechanism across the Continuum of Care.
We look forward to developing strong medical education in
India for specialized areas like Foot and Ankle, Hand and
Wrist, Biologics and train and develop young surgeons on
these techniques.
We plan to have an India specific dedicated Wet Lab which
would be the Power Training Engine for all young
surgeons.
In the next five years, AVANA would not only strengthen its
position in Musculoskeletal space, but it would also
Innovate in HealthTech space to bring connected
infrastructure to value Add to the Medical Device Industry.

Isignificant piece of our lives and are engrained
in large numbers of our everyday lifestyle. From
wearable gadgets to versatile applications, cell
phones, and tablets, the mode of living has been
completely changed to remain associated and deal
with the goals to stay fit and healthy.
The increasing use of such electronic devices to
remain healthy through uncertain times and to
minimize the risk of frequently getting sick has
implied individuals get more cognizant about their
wellbeing.
Electronic gadgets and healthcare applications are
now helping people to follow a fitness routine and
live a healthier life. The devices that are available in
the market now assist people by tracking their
heart rates and pulse, evaluating their blood
pressure and sleeping patterns, generating alerts
at times of emergencies, and designing a healthy

device utilizes strange adjusted respiratory and bio-
movement sensors to determine and examine different
stages of sleeping, recording the actions and moves
brought about by the extension and unwinding of the
chest with breathing just as body activity, for example,
changing in position, arm jerks, and shrugs.
The framework interfaces with a free iOS and Android
application to record the nature of your sleep and a
Smart Alarm framework permits clients to set an outlet
for the gadget to awaken them with any jerks when
they are not in deep sleep. Such devices are also an
additional benefit for those who find it quite difficult to
wake up in the morning.
When talking about health, it is important to pick
gadgets that add nutrients and proteins to your food
habits. Fiber being the most essential nutrient helps in
preventing heart disease, certain cancers, diabetes,
weight loss and improves the digestive system. With
changing lifestyles, we merely forget about what the
right foods that we need to consume according to our
body.
Therefore, multiple researchers have developed smart
juicers enabled with FiberBoost technology which
allows you to pick the texture of juice you like along
with the percentage of fibre, protein and vitamin one
wants to be added in their healthy juice.
Consequently, evolution of these smart devices allows
us to take care of our health and fitness from the
comfort of our home. With a mixture of smart

or downloaded a newfound application; it is initially
important to understand that if those devices have not
been used with your daily routine then investing in that
stuff will not provide any fruitful results.
Smart watch trackers – which are worn on a belt or
wrist, depend on accelerometer that works as per your
body's activity and action, converting it into
information. The collected data then moved to an
application on a cell phone, tablet, or PC, where the
designed software evaluates the data – count of steps,
distance travelled, calories consumed, and burned.
A couple of such smart devices are implemented with
alarms to remind you to get up and move around or
take a short walk when you have been sitting
excessively long. Some likewise log the minutes you
spend dozing, taking walk during the evening or
drinking water at an interval.
There are some modified devices that check your pulse
and heart rate when you climb a higher altitude region.
These devices start generating an alert if you have any
medical conditions to restrict you with a predefined
height limit.
For instance, most devices create graphs with all-
inclusive information on your steps taken, daily
exercise, and sleeping patterns. They can give you a
thought of when in the day you put in the most exercise
or during the night when you were fretful or conscious.
They additionally allow comparing your habits with
your day-to-day schedule.
When you live in a city, odds are the air that you inhale
consistently could be harming your health. All metro
and big cities have certain zones that are more terrible
than others in terms of air pollution and it’s perplexing
to find if the awful air belongs to your region and how
badly it is affecting your lungs. Therefore, to get rid of
bad air and restore it to the environment, a myriad of
smart devices is out there to detect the quality of air,
humidity, climate, and temperature to design a place
that comforts your health and lungs.
A variety of smart devices has been built that track the
dozing time– a fully comprehensive and non-contact
device. These devices highlight patent-ensured
technology that tracks, dissects, and improves sleep at
home without the requirement for wearable or bedding
strips.

23. Moreover, to contain the spread further, stringent public
policies were implemented which in turn resulted in
operational disruption for many healthcare companies
across India. A significant drop in inpatient
consultations, decreased levels of medical tourism, and
cash flow have impacted the financial stability of
healthcare centres.
To reserve cash and sustain stability, healthcare systems
have taken measures to reduce or defer costs by supplier
consolidation for better rates, renegotiation of credit
periods, and cutting down the use of consumables in the
best possible way. Small Indian firms have risen to the
occasion as the demand for life-saving ventilators were
high. This pandemic was also a wakeup call for the
healthcare industry to reduce dependency on imported
products and be self-sufficient aiding to the development of
our nation’s economic stability by using more Make in
India products.
What kind of challenges has your company faced being
in the medical devices business?
Every hospital needs a precision in a surgical procedure.
However, expensive foreign products have made it costly
making it difficult for the normal setups to access the latest
technologies for better patient outcome. Hence, we started
the venture with an idea of developing India's first surgical
Neuro navigation system. Given the fact only few compa-
nies across the world were able to achieve this, we still
wanted to take this challenge. The goal was to make an
accurate, easy-to-use, and affordable system for India and
other emerging economies.
We faced the challenges initially for getting right manufac-
turing infrastructure and skilled resources for system
development. We had imported critical hardware to start
with. All this involved significant investment. It was a
learning curve for the team but with extensive efforts our
team mastered it all.
It took years of R&D and efforts to make the final product.
Now it gives a strong competition to similar imported
system in terms of accuracy, simplicity, and affordability.
Extending the boundaries of surgical navigation to every
field under consistent R&D, easyNav is focussing at
providing world-class surgical accuracy and precision
accessible to every patient across the globe. Being an
affordable Indian brand with a globally acclaimed
technology and user-friendly interface, our overseas users
are applauding and promoting easyNav in developing
countries for a premium surgical platform.

solutions on healthcare treatments and diagnosis. Medical
devices aligning to the global technological standards and
latest developments stand out from the crowd as it assures a
certain value in healthcare market.
Adhering to the measures for simple and consistent
technological developments in a medical device product are
necessary to give the best product outcome available across
the world while staying competent. Also, better technology
or an advanced feature always excites the user since
developments make everything simpler.
As one of the prominent medical device enablers, what
steps have you taken towards tackling the COVID-19
pandemic and its impact, all the while safeguarding
your employees and taking care of your clientele’s
needs?
HRS navigation has taken steps to ensure high-quality
services adhering to COVID-19 protocol and safety
guidelines prioritising the safety of our team members,
customers, and community.
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, our professionals are
actively operating across the country to support and resolve
complex surgeries that require immediate surgical interven-
tion. The company equipped every frontline employee in
the company with a kit of immunity booster, masks, gloves,
hand sanitizers, and surface disinfectants that ensured none
of the employees were affected so far and could help in
breaking the chain to a certain extent.
Updated strategies and communication have also helped the
team to mitigate the impacts of the virus and overcome the
unprecedented challenges effectively. We take this
opportunity to acknowledge and salute the spirit of our
fellow citizens and the unflagging work of our doctors,
nurses, and paramedics.
What advice would you like to give to the young
entrepreneurs who are looking to enter in the medical
devices and healthcare space?
A lot can be done to build a vast infrastructure and make
India self-sufficient in medical devices sector. Indian
government has framed policies to incentivize local
manufacturing of raw materials, bulk drugs, and medical
devices to ensure that we invest and develop in our country
contributing to the financial stability and less dependency
on foreign goods.
Entrepreneurs need to investigate the technological
developments in medical sector across the globe and
analyse what hinders the effective evolution of an Indian
product with a similar technology. Our country is rich in all
types of raw materials, resources, skilled labourers, and
opportunistic government policies. The only hurdle we need
to surpass is the mindset of common users of owning a
local make in India product.
How do you envision on sustaining your company’s
competency in this ever-cutthroat business ecosystem?
Where do you see your company in the next five years?
HRS Navigation is the only company currently that
provides totally consumable-less tracking devices signifi-
cantly reducing the operational cost of Cranial surgeries.
This precise and unique technology makes it consumable-
less navigation system in the market suitable for Indian
healthcare infrastructure.
Currently the compact easyNav™ system can be used in
Cranial, ENT, Spine 2D, and Spine 3D and will soon be
released for Knee. With an ergonomically designed tool for
different types of cases, HRS navigation also provides
frameless biopsy which eliminates the need of bulky
stereotactic frames.
With aim to reduce dependency on imported devices and
making India self-reliant in the sophisticated market of
surgical navigation system, the management at HRS
Navigation is constantly carrying out innovation for more
navigation products like Knee and Robotics. They also have
affordable robotic surgeries in the product pipeline.
In next 5 years, HRS Navigation aims at providing world-
class precision to every surgical setup in the most affordable
and accessible manner. By keeping things simple and
focusing on customer satisfaction, HRS will progress
through hardcore innovation.

Our first product offering called MedpeR™ is a hardware-
based system for medicinal adherence.
The thing about medicines is that they cannot help you
unless they are consumed properly. Often due to
negligence or general forgetfulness on our part there can be
a case of under dosage or over dosage. Especially when we
consider the elderly, where pill burden is usually high as is
the complexity of the medicinal schedule. Also, currently, it
cannot be expected that someone is physically present all
the time to help with medicines. There are a few devices
available for this, however they are either too high end and
expensive or they are the equivalent of a decorated
lunchbox and lack any system of vigilance.
To solve all these problems, IHS introduces MedpeR™,
your personal Medicinal helpeR!
It is a portable hardware unit to store all your pills. There
are systems for multiple level alarms to ensure the user has
each pill on time, every time. We have a dedicated App and
Website to control and remotely oversee the medicinal
adherence along with other benefits.
Being in a leadership position, what is your opinion on
the impact of the current pandemic on the healthcare

witnessed a historic race to develop vaccines at an unprece-
dented pace. Doctors and medical workers were compelled
to adopt telemedicine during the pandemic. Various
wearables and electronic gadgets and apps introduced
within the optimizing healthcare delivery during the
difficult time of the pandemic, find their relevance and
utility well beyond within the pandemic too. This has also
enabled furtherance of the growth of data science and AI in
healthcare. This rapid advancement in technology coupled
with increased willingness to adopt the same by the medical
fraternity and the public at large, opens up the possibility of
more equitable distribution of the benefits of advances in
health sciences. The pandemic has truly opened opportuni-
ties galore for healthtech.
What kind of challenges has your company faced being
in the medical devices business?
Challenges have come in all shapes and sizes. From the
most obvious and ridiculous ones to proper technical ones.
One big challenge was the unavailability of information and
resources. Typically, many electronic modules are available
at a hobbyist level. The raw components used at large
industrial level are only available in bulk and are typically
custom made. Being somewhere in between these two
extremes, the development process gets unduly lengthy and
expensive.
However, often these have appeared as lessons and we have
marched forward to better and crazier challenges.
Being in the medical devices space, how necessary do
you think it is to align one’s business with the latest
technological developments?
One must keep innovating to avoid being obsolete. While
it’s very important to stay updated and well versed with the
technical developments, one has to be careful so as not get
carried away. It's all about the problem being solved.
During our incubation at IIM Bangalore, one of the things
that we learnt from our mentors was that it’s not about the
features of your product; it's all about the benefits that it
brings to the user.
As one of the prominent medical device enablers, what
steps have you taken towards tackling the COVID-19
pandemic and its impact, all the while safeguarding
your employees and taking care of your clientele’s
needs?
Like any other company, we worked from home and could
not get the team together in office during the COVID peak.
We made sure that the entire team could avail resources at
their residence. We faced a lot of logistic issues and it was
very difficult to obtain electronic components.
We utilized the lockdown to establish Inovocare e-
Academy, an e-platform for continued medical education.
We regularly interact and the platform is utilized for
academically rich communication.
We are also continuously experimenting with 3D printing,
in order to try and reduce the cost and the time required at
the development stage.
What advice would you like to give to the young
entrepreneurs who are looking to enter in the medical
devices and healthcare space?
It's like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are
going to get. Jokes aside, it's a bumpy ride and a long one,
so get a good team. Happy hustling!
How do you envision on sustaining your company’s
competency in this ever-cutthroat business ecosystem?
Where do you see your company in the next five years?
The vision for Inovocare Healthsoft Solutions has always
been of a multiple product company. The sector that we
primarily look at is elderly care. Over the next few years,
we plan to have strategic partnerships on multiple levels to
scale up our operations.
Apart from ensuring a solid product offering, we plan on
continuous awareness and interaction programs with both
the end users and the medical fraternity.
On the longer run we see ourselves as a reputed Medtech
company with multiple product offerings in the market in
India and Overseas. At the end of the day, we want make
lives easier and a bit better for the Indian masses.

30. Future
Med
and C
The COVID-19 pandemic has
plunged the healthcare sector into
disarray. Any of these issues are
complicated and necessitate urgent
consideration. Others are moving the
market toward a future based on
increased flexibility and faster
adaptation. The financial effect of
COVID-19 on the business period of
healthcare providers is currently being
researched. It is critical for them to
figure out how to get back on track
financially and reduce sales reductions
incurred by the ban on elective
treatments and scheduled visits.
Hospitals and other healthcare facilities
are also searching for ways to locate and
triage suspicious patients while being
vigilant and prepared to cope with any
unexpected rise in reported cases, even
with limited resources. Insurers, on the
other hand, are working tirelessly to
ensure sufficient coverage, prompt
settlements, and easy handling of
pending claims.
To address these challenging conditions,
providers must expand their technical
capabilities by shifting cloud computing,
enabling remote jobs, improving
analytics, and pushing for more
contactless and digital platforms, among
other things. Although these
developments are now accelerating in
the market, they may not be enough to
combat the pandemic.
Mentioned below are 8 different ways
healthcare systems are reacting to the
post pandemic situation:
www.insightssuccess.in
28 | March 2021
32. states have recognised this oversight and are seeking
steps. Traditionally, aged care providers have not been
treated as a part of the health system. There is an
immediate and growing need to engage in and
successfully align aged care programmes with health
systems in the post-COVID-19 modern reality.
6. Supply chain reliance and back-office
transformation
Aside from the health consequences of COVID-19, the
virus is having a major commercial effect around the
world, especially in the supply chain. The coronavirus
has shown the flaws in offshore and “just in time”
supply chains based on lean manufacturing values.
Many countries have taken the lead in procuring
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and others, such
as Russia, the United States, Germany, and Saudi
Arabia, have had vital supply development moved
within their territories. Furthermore, in some areas,
local PPE supply chains have forged new partnerships
between suppliers, colleges, and procurement experts,
bypassing legislation, and bureaucracy.
7. Command centres
In several nations, health services and institutions have
understood the value of data-driven insights in
strategic and organisational decision making. To handle
treatment in a much more effective and reliable
fashion, command centres similar to air traffic control
systems are being created.
8. Agile workforce
Healthcare systems and their suppliers found that their
workforce preparation and implementation models had
vulnerabilities during the response process. The
workforce braced themselves for a "staff recession"
due to physical, behavioural, and emotional fatigue, as
well as to sustain operations in a post-COVID-19
modern reality. The workforce would need to evolve to
become more adaptive, employ data-driven knowledge,
and inspire their employees for the healthcare industry
to survive the pandemic.
Providers and policymakers would need to follow more
flexible project management practises to support the
post-COVID-19 emerging reality, allowing them to
drive accelerated improvements and performance
enhancement measures. The COVID-19 pandemic has
had a worldwide influence in several aspects. This
pandemic necessitates the collaboration of whole
nations, knowledge scarcity, the need for reliable
information, and the speed at which it is circulating is
critical. We all need to contribute our best to help this
pandemic subside and eventually put a stop to it.
1. Digital Front Door
The COVID-19 pandemic has proved the world that
every country has something to teach and learn from its
style of management. COVID-19 has accelerated the
adoption of digital healthcare technologies by health
care systems and organisations around the world. The
‘digital front door' has been the ‘only front door' for
patients to access healthcare services in many
countries. Outpatient hospital and general practitioner
visits have been transformed around the world, with up
to three-quarters of all consultations now taking place
virtually. We do not expect the digital front door to
close after the pandemic crisis has passed because
patients and caregivers have accepted the ease and
affordability of this form of treatment. Scaling and
maintaining these digital interactions would be a major
challenge for every health system now and in the post-
COVID-19 period.
2. Clean and dirty sites
In response to the pandemic, health systems around
the world, including China, Spain, and the United
States, have implemented stringent infection control
measures, including the separation of COVID and non-
COVID patients in hospitals and nursing homes, to
prevent the spread of the virus.
3. Hot and cold sites
Some countries are developing hot and cold sites in
response to the pandemic. Cold sites provide non-
COVID care to reduce infection risk, keep operations
running smoothly without disrupting acute care, and
free up space for elective procedures. To deliver the
kind of new patient flows required by COVID-19, it will
be critical to establish hot and cold sites. In several
countries, public-private partnerships have been
established to further increase public-sector capability
in this manner.
4. Consolidated specialist programmes have been
scaled up.
The drastic increase in demand has exposed the lack of
scale and centralisation of primary care and specialised
facilities, which would be needed to ease every health
system's transition into the post-COVID-19 modern
reality.
5. Aged care services
COVID-19 is especially dangerous to the elderly and
controlling the virus's dissemination in long-term care
facilities around the world has proven difficult. During
this difficult period in the industry, a few countries have
stood out by acting quickly to protect the lives of their
senior citizens. COVID-19 also uncovered weaknesses
in the management of health and care services. Many

affordable and accessible to everyone across the globe.
Let us get into more of the dynamics of Trivitron through
the below highlights of the interview by Ms. Chandra
Ganjoo, Executive Director – Group CPO and Head
Corporate Communications:
What makes your company a preferred choice over your
competitors? List the products and your expertise that
you want to highlight in this article.
Trivitron offers solutions and services in medical imaging,
in-vitro diagnostics, newborn screening solutions, radiation
protection products, critical care, and operating room
equipment.
We offer a complete range of medical equipment portfolios
to equip Healthcare Institutions with the latest and best
technology products.
At Trivitron, we are contributing to the global fight against
the coronavirus through our products and expertise in
medical technology and healthcare. In our fight against
COVID-19, we at Trivitron have been working extensively
to bring out solutions for COVID-19 testing, ICU solutions,
and personal protection products.
Being in a leadership position, what is your opinion on
the impact of the current pandemic on the healthcare
industry and the related HealthTech market?
The Covid-19 situation has severely impacted several
business verticals, healthcare being the one under enormous
strain. It has become challenging for other healthcare
services to keep their financial wheels turning during the
lockdown period due to less revenue churn and the general
uncertainty in the global financial environment.
In these testing times, business leaders have adapted to a
new set of rules and have been mindful of various business
aspects to alleviate risks and to survive the slowdown
caused by the impact of COVID19. To ensure business
continuity, businesses are keeping a track of expenses
against revenue status in a more detailed manner to have a
clear picture of the financial status of the organization and
thus plan future goals and business approach. Secondly,
business leaders are digging deeper into the existing supply
chains to know the vulnerabilities of the existing supply
model and available supplier options that can be collabo-
rated, once the primary supplier collapses. And most
importantly, organizations are now setting more effective
communication channels so that they remain connected
with teams, clients, and all other business partners.

align one’s business with the latest
technological developments?
Healthcare changes dramatically
because of technological develop-
ments. Future technological innovation
is going to keep transforming
healthcare, yet while technologies will
drive innovation, human factors will
remain one of the stable limitations of
breakthroughs.
As one of the prominent medical
device enablers, what steps have you
taken towards tackling the COVID-19 pandemic and its
impact, all the while safeguarding your employees and
taking care of your clientele’s needs?
As a health technology organization, Trivitron has devel-
oped rigorous contingency plans to slow the progress of a
pandemic and limit its impact on employees, partners,
consumers, and communities. We have worked on framing
up new SOPs, Work Instructions, and guidelines that would
support business continuity in case of a pandemic or a
similar situation. Keeping in mind the still-evolving
healthcare system of our country, Trivitron Healthcare has
scaled-up production to yield more COVID-19 centric
products. Trivitron has been a flag-bearer of “Make in
India” and has been working to manufacture COVID-19
related products in its manufacturing facilities in Chennai,
Mumbai & Visakhapatnam. Trivitron Healthcare has been
working and made an available range of Covid-19 RT PCR

36. Kits, COVID-19 antigen test kits, PCR systems, and other
laboratory products, for COVID-19 diagnosis &
confirmation.
Trivitron has started a Ventilator manufacturing facility to
fulfill the demands of the current healthcare ecosystem.
Further to this, Trivitron has also introduced hand sanitizing
products, personal protection equipment (PPE), and other
required modalities for COVID.
What advice would you like to give to the young
entrepreneurs who are looking to enter the medical
devices and healthcare space?
These COVID pandemic times have served as a lesson for
all. Business leaders and healthcare policymakers, in a post-
pandemic world, shall adopt a new set of rules, confirm
flexible guidelines, and remain careful to keep away from
any risk-averse mode.
Self-sufficiency in medical technology will continue to
grow driven by an increase in the demand for locally
produced goods. Looking at the pace of technological
advancements and the induction of new-age technologies, I
am sure, we will be able to improve our logistics infrastruc-
ture, strengthen our manufacturing sector, and be able to
develop our own forecasting systems that will further
accelerate the Indian healthcare sector.
How do you envision sustaining your company’s
competency in this ever-cutthroat business ecosystem?
Where do you see your company in the next five years?
Today, Trivitron Healthcare is a market leader in providing
cutting-edge health technology products which includes a
range of diagnostic kits, analyzers, laboratory equipment,
radio diagnostic instruments, radiology lab consumables,
and radiation protection apparel. In terms of market share,
we are seeing considerable growth every fiscal.
We are working on an intensified growth strategy to expand
our footprints in emerging global markets and plan to
acquire more businesses internationally as well as in India.
We are the pioneers of Newborn Screening technologies
and our NBS product range is gaining global recognition
and shortly, we are poised to become an undisputed leader
in NBS technologies.
Similarly, we have gained considerable momentum in ICU
and critical care product segments. We are greatly recog-
nized for the best-quality radiation protection modalities in
South Asia. Given the trust of our customers and the
acceptance that we are receiving, I am sure we will emerge
as a global leader in radiation protection collaterals.
Going public is aligned with our plan to create value for
investors as well as for our employees. Hopefully, we
should be a listed company soon in a couple of years.
According to you, how do the future of medical devices
and care systems look post-pandemic?
Taking cues from the pandemic, it shall be wise for
organizations, to ensure business community, maintain a
healthy balance sheet and keep a more detailed track of
expenses against revenue status to have a clear picture of
the financial status of the organization and accordingly plan
future goals.
Secondly, business leaders need to dig deeper into the
existing supply chains to know the vulnerabilities of the
existing supply chain models and look for options to
collaborate to keep supply chains functional once the
primary supplier collapses. And most importantly, organiza-
tions must develop more effective communication channels
to remain connected with teams, clients, and all other
business partners.
