 Responsible for the management, coordination and review of case files
of direct beneficiaries.
 Supervise the work of Ministry of Education through the Counselors,
Supervisors, and Mediators also supervise 64 members of MoE staff.
 Responsible for preparation of workshops, meetings, awareness
sessions in terms of inviting participants, venue, electricity, stationery
and refreshment, if any.
 Training the filed team the basics of conflict management and conflict.
 Responsible for the distribution of brochures and posters among IDP
communities, schools, health centers and local government buildings.
 Responsible for the establishment of CEAGs in coordination with the
Advocacy Officer.
 Work closely with MEL team to ensure proper monitoring and
evaluation process is in place to keep track of program outputs as well
as evaluating outcomes.
 Submit weekly progress reports to Senior Coordination Officer.

 Review and implement PMP and workplan for WASH program.
 Organize and conduct trainings for IDP community hygiene
promoters on hygiene promotion elements, strategies and
methodologies.
 Working on Kobo-collect and MOBINZI data collection tool for
assessments, insuring correctness, completeness, reliable and timeliness
data for analysis and management decision.
 Support M&E by internal monitoring done by me for each closed code
of project in WASH program and PDM for each closed code of WASH
program and support PDM for other programs.
 Support M&E by data-entry of cash and shelter programs beneficiaries
according to element codes along with verification to give precise data
 Oversees the hygiene promoter’s activities and performance.
 Organize and conduct daily hygiene sessions and household
inspections in the community.
 Ongoing assessment to identify potential health risks in the IDPs'
locations.
 Contribute to program success stories and provide input for success
stories to communication assistant, including photographs when
possible.
 Ongoing monitoring visits to verify the data collected for IDP’s and
their needs checking out if data is in line with program objectives
