 Provide support for the development of corporate strategy and foster appropriate relationships
with key stakeholders.
 Cultivate rewarding and credible relationships with key stakeholders and lead the development of
relevant strategic alliances/partnerships through relevant communication channels.
 Supervise and co-ordinate the management of WISCAR’s day-today affairs within the guidelines
established by the advisory board.
 Maintain accurate board minutes, including taking notes at meetings, preparing draft minutes for
founder’s review and ensuring approved minutes are enteredinto organization’s minute book.
 Ensure the timely implementation of board and advisory board decision.
 Ensure the continuous review and assessment of the effectivenessand efficiencyof organization’s
policies, procedures and processes and identify improvement opportunities in line with best
practices.
 Create annual operating calendar that supports strategic direction set by the board.
 Plan and organize board meetings & trainings.
 Prepare and /or edit internal or externalproposals, memos and presentations.

 Manage expendituresand transactions of WISCAR in line with approved budget;Payroll
Administration and Book-keeping.
 Maintenance of accurate, comprehensive and accessible manual and electronic filing system.
 Organization’s website, and social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & twitter)
administration.
PR/Communications duties
 Devise, develop and implement internal communications programmes in order to support
organizational objectives of the communications strategy, playing leading role in shaping the
content, tone and mode of deliveryof key messagesto all stakeholders.
 Propose, manage and control budgets, ideas, themesand timescales for corporate events and
internal communications campaigns.
 To manage and monitor the budget for communication projects, whilst taking everyopportunity to
explore and secure economies of scale, synergyand effectiveness.Identifykey issues for internal
communications on an ongoing basis and to develop specific communications plans where
necessaryand ensure that these issues are appropriately included in relevant regular internal
communications activities.
 Lead on communications contribution to print and online channels for stakeholders.
 Write promotional and marketing material and managing distribution of mail-shots relating to
corporate eventsand internal communications. Manage the production of posters, flyers,
brochures, annual year book, websites and web pages relating to corporate events and internal
communications and to conveykey messages and new developments.
 Identify and develop additional communication channels and tools with the objective of improving
