PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Area Supervisor - Qalioubia Program Unit - Plan International Egypt, (Current),
responsible for the following:
- Supervision on 4 field officers.
- Participate as a member in Qualioubya leadership team
- Monitoring and managing SIDA project (our space) with estimated budget of 4
Million EGP.
- Participate in preparing, planning and designing of quality programs and activities
to be aligned with logical frame work.
- Building and keeping a good relations with CDAs, Local Authority in Qalioubya
governorate.
• Participate in setting annual plans for the Program area including funding
requirements and ensure that monitoring and reporting systems are in place.
• Coordinate the activities of the Field Officers and ensure that team members are
clear on their objectives and expected results to ensure the achievement planned
objectives and goals.
• Support and coordinate the planning of sponsorship activities, monitoring the
plans and ensure quality delivery of the activities.
• Contribute to managing and building up partner relations in the geographic area.
• Support and facilitate partnership working on child rights & child protection at
a district level and implementation of program interventions on district with
officials and NGOs at district level
• Maintains effective networking with governmental institutions and other partners
working on Children’ rights and child protection at district level
• Ensure proper documentation for all program interventions and relation with
stakeholders
• Prepare and consolidate different program / grants / needed reports and submit
them to PC on time

through regular follow up and home visits
