Acquisitions: the old days
Acquisitions has changed…
Internal processes improved over years due to:
• Structural changes (new roles necessitated doing
more with less).
• Improved LMS.
• Money to spend!
Total procedure revamp in 2012.
> 3 steps from request to order.
Total efficiency achieved… right?
But… there’s still a problem
• Less than 15% of active modules supported.
• Student requirements not always being met.
• Poor engagement from academics due to
communications / timing of processes.
