10. Rationale
❑ It should describe the issues and problems the
community faces and how the proponents and
the proposed project will address these issues.

characteristics that have to be managed:

scope.
✓ Time: what tasks are to be undertaken and

24. Sustainability Plan
SUSTAINABILITY – refers to being able to maintain/continue the project,
operations/services and benefits over a projected lifetime even without the support of
the proponents/donors/project owners.
❑A brief discussion of the project future plan considering the following aspects:

➢ Advancement/Improvement of the IGP through Demonstration of Skills
➢ Transfer of Skills to the beneficiaries through the conduct of Seminar-Workshops or
attendance to short courses/training conducted by the TESDA, DOST, DOLE, and

25. How to Evaluate IGP Final Paper
1. Attached IGP Proposal. All pages including the Approval Sheet
2. Monthly activities were implemented observing the health protocols set
by the IATF such as the conduct of orientation, meetings or trainings with
the beneficiaries and parents.
3. Submitted Monthly Accomplishment Reports regularly with MOVs
(Pictures/Videos); attendance of participants; and Monthly Income
Statement.
4. Followed the recommended frequency of activities in a month, quarter,
semester or annually.
5. The recommended monthly/quarterly/semestral/annual production were
strictly followed.
26. 6. Transfer of skills/tech-know-how to learner-beneficiaries and their
parents/guardians were conducted through trainings, workshops, skill
demo-teachings etc.
7. There is a Sustainability Plan. Build capacity of learner/parent –
beneficiaries to sustain the IGP through attendance of trainings
conducted by TESDA, DOST, DOLE like training on goods packaging,
marketing, how to start a legal business, etc.
8. The IGP activities were regularly monitored and evaluated by the Division
IGP Committee at least 2 times in a year, and bi-month monitoring by the
school authorities (School Head with IGP Coordinators).
9. Provided solutions to problems encountered in the conduct of IGP.
10. The proponent completed the project with very satisfactory rating based
on ME report.
