GUIDANCE ACTION PLAN
GOALS:
To develop self-directed, self motivated, values-oriented and productive students.
To assist students explore their abilities, interest, talents, potentials, aptitude and to make full use of such to achieve their
goals of self-actualization.
To help provide opportunities for maximum development of the “whole person” in all aspects of life – physically, socially,
psychologically, emotionally, intellectually, morally and spiritually.

GUIDANCE PROGRAM FOR LAS PINAS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL-GATCHALIAN ANNEX DepEd LAS PINAS CITY SY 2016-2017 GUIDANCE ACTION PLAN GOALS: To develop self-directed, self motivated, values-oriented and productive students. To assist students explore their abilities, interest, talents, potentials, aptitude and to make full use of such to achieve their goals of self-actualization. To help provide opportunities for maximum development of the “whole person” in all aspects of life – physically, socially, psychologically, emotionally, intellectually, morally and spiritually.
  • 2. GUIDANCE SERVICES TIME FRAME STRATEGY/PERSON INVOLVE OUTPUT 1. Orientation for Students A. To inform the student regarding school rules and regulations and their rights & protection to a possible offender B. To identify & avail the guidance services June 2016 • Promotion of Guidance services & activities through 1. Orientation 2. Bulletin board 3. Child protection, bullying, drug related information.  Principal, Guidance Coordinators, All grade level, Class Advisers Well informed freshmen and transferees which will help them in their easy school adjustments. 2. Individual Inventory A. To gather & update specific data regarding each student for counseling & guidance purposes June 2016-March 2017 • Update student’s cumulative folders  Guidance Coordinators, All grade level, Class Advisers A folder containing master list of students will be produced per year level. 3. Counseling Services A. To get to know the student’s personality B. To appreciate the role of guidance & it’s services C. To help parents & guardians to know their role and understand better their children June 2016-March 2017 • Counseling for students under probation &regular students  Guidance Coordinators, All grade level, Class Advisers A self directed individual who are ready to face life challenges.
