This document provides information about an upcoming event featuring political cartoonist Kevin "KAL" Kallaugher. It will take place on September 20 from 7-9pm in the West Village Commons Ballrooms at Towson University. Kallaugher will give a talk about how he creates political cartoons for The Baltimore Sun and The Economist, followed by a Q&A session, book signings, and an opportunity to meet the cartoonist.
