and joined in a private university in the public relation and media
communication department.
 She is neither doing fine in the job nor liking the job now.
 She gets frustrated and plans to quit the job.

• The university is not organized and has no system
within the department.
• The department should have a person for typing
and preparing presentations and analysis.
• Management should provide SOP for all the jobs.
We can comply them all.
• Media communication can also be outsourced and
we can find some agencies for that.

• If I knew the job before I would not join here.
