She is neither doing fine in the job nor liking the job now. She gets frustrated and plans to quit the job. She wishes if she could get a job in banking.

Think • The university is not organized and has no system within the department. • The department should have a person for typing and preparing presentations and analysis. • Management should provide SOP for all the jobs. We can comply them all. • Media communication can also be outsourced and we can find some agencies for that. • There is too much pressures in the job. Feel • If I knew the job before I would not join here. • Banking job is good for me – doing the same job everyday. • If I could have a call from a recruiter for my applied job. • Some people are doing good in freelancing but I’m not that good in English. • Presentation and creative writing is really tough job to make.
