Main Ideas
 The most disruptive idea is using
technology in the education world so
that students could learn better.
However, in a country like India this is
unaffordable as only a few schools can
afford such high technology.
 The most practical idea is Job design
because the youth at the work place are
new and uncomfortable so they should
be allowed to design their own job
experience and be mentored towards
achieved.
 My favorite idea would be internships
being provided but the universities for an
early work experience.
