Give them free wall-calendars
Calendars at least 100x80cm to put in the wall, with all the 12 month (or at
least the scholar period) to be filled by the student is the easiest way to
visualize all the things to be done and to organize them all.
The most disruptive idea
To create blackboards in the refrigerator with a bar-load of
work.
A digital bar which shows the work already done and the amount still left,
together with the days left, or maybe an average of work per day and the
amount really done to know how we are going with the task and the time.
This is supposed to be in the refrigerator since it is a place often visited while
we study, and it could have a board in one side just to take notes.
My favorite idea
Give free bracelets with the deadlines (which changes and
expose the days lefts)
Similar to the previous one, a digital dispositive which shows how much has been
done and how much still left, together with the days to the deadline, or, as
said above, maybe it could show the desired average per day and the current
amount done. It is easy in a bracelet since we can see it all day long, it could
have different designs and we could programme maybe 4 or more different task
in it.
