This document summarizes a presentation given by representatives from DLI.tools Inc. and Innovative Ideas Unlimited, Inc. about their work with an Ontario-based electric utility company. They helped the customer address problems with document management, records management, and project management by implementing solutions from DOCOVA, Records Manager Express, IBM Connections, and ProjectExec in both cloud and on-premises configurations. The implementation solved compliance issues and integration between the solutions was a key factor in its success.
