I have been Asked
I would like to express to you some feeling of the reason why I love to teach. I was asked
recently why I teach. There are many but here is the start. Teaching and education promotes self-
reliance rather than dependency. It enables and empowers people to take responsibility for
planning their own futures. By engaging them, organizing and sharing voluntary work, my
approach aims toward fulfillment of individual, family, community, national, and global needs.

In my life there are experiences I been through. I like to share in my lessons of a growing
collection of stories, perspectives, ideas and lessons learned. I teach and practice organization,
spiritual leadership and change. It is firmly in my practice of life giving principles, its respect for
many healing and educational traditions throughout history. And both the process and
achievements of my teaching is meant to benefit everyone, regardless of religion, wealth or
ethnicity.

My vision has been a of a society with no poverty and no war, and education based on the
teaching of my values of truth, non-violence, and self-sacrifice. I feel a society can be governed
by the ideals of participatory democracy with decentralized power and resources, and a society
that upholds basic human rights and aims to satisfy basic human needs. I teach to educate a
society that protects and nurtures the natural environment and resources.

In my teaching and passion I have advocated for unprejudiced, unbiased progress, without
partisan politics influencing decisions. I do know and trust that this is possible.

Other non-traditional ways I teach is through my faith, intuition, spiritual insight, nature,
and Body based wisdom which has been taught to me throughout many years of training.

What I have discovered in the quest of understanding is how we can create our days
consciously and with clear intention, through a process of living through our thoughts and
emotions together. We should not separate emptiness of reason but combine it all through
the collective ways of understanding.

No matter what or how someone may teach, I truly believe in educating through all classes
that there is a basic human need and all should be address in education. Things such as a
clean environment, adequate water, clothing, food, shelter, health care, and loving peaceful
communications. We can achieve these things through proper education of ourselves. This is
why I teach to bring this goal to the finish line.

Sincerely

Dr. Paul W Dyer Grandmaster
