The DLSU TREDONE students presented different perspectives on life as exemplified by some Personalities
of great faith traditions, and Siddhartha Gautama (BUDDHA) is one of them because he his thoughts and teachings had influenced many.
This document contains a collection of quotes by Buddha about spiritual teachings and living a virtuous life. Some key themes expressed are believing in one's own reason over what others say, being the author of one's own health, seeing one's self in all beings, not holding onto anger, focusing on what remains to be done rather than what has been done, living wisely in the present moment, having no fear and depending on oneself, controlling one's mind leading to enlightenment, and thinking positively as we shape our own reality.
The document contains inspirational messages about embracing love, maintaining a positive outlook, finding beauty in life, listening to your soul, being true to yourself, empowering others, and seeking knowledge and truth. The overall themes are about living according to universal spiritual principles of love, positivity, personal growth, and helping others.
Swami Vivekananda outlines 15 laws of life in this document. The laws include: love is the law of life; it is our outlook that matters; life is beautiful; it is how we feel that gives life meaning; we must free ourselves; do not play blame; help others; uphold your ideals; listen to your soul; be yourself; nothing is impossible; we have the power within; learn everyday; be truthful; think differently; and in conclusion, learn, live and love as much as possible.
The document discusses three layers of the mind: constant thoughts, relationships and friends, and dreams and desires. It contrasts the mind, which has many parts, with the soul, which is singular. It describes experiencing the mind and soul as heaven or hell and moving from the mind to realize the soul. Realizing the soul involves directing one's mind beyond thoughts through meditation to find the higher spiritual reality within and figure out the god within oneself.
1) The document shares teachings from Shree Maa about being true to oneself, simple, and free from selfishness.
2) It encourages taking refuge in God through cultivating wisdom, developing discrimination between desires, and remembering that God resides in all things.
3) The final teaching is that spirituality is very simple - by raising others up, one finds their own progress, and by hurting others one hurts oneself.
The document discusses how mindful breathing can transform negative energy and emotions into positive ones. It states that if fear, hatred and violence can spread between people, then love, generosity and patience should also be able to spread through mindful breathing. Each moment provides an opportunity to promote peace within ourselves and in the world through conscious breathing, which can guide us toward more positive mindsets and emotions.
This document discusses maintaining positive mental health from a Christian perspective. It begins by introducing the speaker and their experience with anxiety, depression, and finding freedom through addressing feelings and getting support. It then defines mental health according to the WHO and Crosswalk as a state of holistic well-being and satisfaction across emotions, cognitions, relationships, behaviors, and spirituality. Common mental health issues are discussed, along with when most illnesses start and that God is bigger than our struggles. Practical tips are provided for maintaining positive mental health by connecting with God, others, one's body, mind and emotions. Professional help is recommended when usual coping mechanisms are not working. Resources for support are listed.

We should seek to live purely and unselfishly.
The document discusses different perspectives on conquering restlessness from various spiritual texts and teachers. Both Buddhism and Vedanta discuss observing feelings like boredom or restlessness with awareness in order to realize one's true nature beyond conditions. The Dalai Lama emphasizes that kindness and compassion are necessities to survive, and his simple religion is cultivating goodness within.

CEO support is also critical to avoid overrides after Sprints are planned.

Examples of unconscious grounding include children stamping their feet or flapping hands. Meditation, earthing by walking barefoot, and joyful self-care can also help ground. Protection means honoring one's energy by setting firm boundaries and saying no when needed. Affirmations and establishing boundaries through self-care are recommended for protection.

The system aims to cultivate humility, respect, and the ability to avoid conflict through training the inner self alongside technical martial arts skills. It also discusses specific practices like Qigong energy exercises and conflict resolution techniques focused on empathy rather than domination. The overall goal is for students to dedicate themselves to personal healing and completeness so they can better serve humanity.

The term ping chang xin is comprised of three characters which, when put together, refer roughly to "peace of mind" or "spiritual stability.“
Ping has numerous meanings, but the closest English equivalent is "level" or "even" as we would use it in saying that someone is "level-headed.”

Xin is the character which means "heart" both figuratively and literally.
It refers not only to the actual organs which pumps blood, but to the emotions and character; the whole inner essence of the person.

Understanding and addressing the kleshas can help one progress spiritually by bringing inner obstacles into awareness for analysis and transcendence.
Inner Awakening - Soul Conditioning
Reengineering Ourselves

This document contains summaries of multiple articles on topics related to spirituality, relationships, leadership, meditation, and self-improvement. The key messages are:
1) To reduce misunderstandings in relationships, listen fully to understand others' perspectives before making assumptions.
2) True love and happiness come from within, not outside influences. We should focus on giving love rather than seeking it from others.
3) Effective leadership helps people understand themselves and align their actions with their values through integrity and humility.
4) Meditation can reduce stress and negative emotions while improving focus, mental abilities, and well-being. Scientific studies show it can change brain activity and structure.
This document discusses fear and how to manage it in a healthy way. It states that fear is a natural human response that can be useful, but it should not be allowed to become a master over one's life. While complete freedom from fear is impossible and sometimes undesirable, one can free themselves from fear's bullying mastery by learning to live in balance with their fears. It provides suggestions for how to move from an initial fearful response to considered planning and action, engaging the mind to deal with threats rather than allowing panic to take over. Maintaining a calm, clear-headed state even in fear allows one to respond most effectively.
This document discusses stress, its causes and effects. It defines stress as the physical response to perceived threats outside of one's control. Prolonged stress has negative health impacts like high blood pressure and a weakened immune system. Our culture often associates stress with success, but the document argues this is misguided as stress is essentially a fear response that takes a physical toll over time. It emphasizes that stress is an internal reaction, and strategies for managing stress involve gaining a sense of control over threats and changing one's mindset to be less reactive to perceived failures or minor issues.
Stress management techniques and levels of stress. The document discusses healthy and unhealthy levels of stress and how sustained unhealthy stress can become addictive and dangerous if not addressed. It provides tools and techniques for managing stress including taking time to appreciate others, meditating, relaxing the body, and asking questions like "what's good about this?" when facing challenges. The document emphasizes managing stress for high performance and sustainability.

Fear is generally of the unknown and we fear the unfamiliar. To overcome fear, we must transcend it and take action instead of focusing on potential outcomes. The document provides strategies to overcome fear by identifying fears through writing, practicing gratitude, and releasing attachment to outcomes. It argues fear is created by the mind based on real or imagined threats and can be overcome because we are the root cause of our own fears.

Practicing internal and external arts allows one to understand where their energies are blocked and change them to higher vibrations. Understanding universal laws and applying principles allows one to effect positive change in their life energies. Ego can create destructive patterns if we are unaware of its power over emotions and behaviors. True healing comes from within by releasing energy blocks and allowing one's own energy to flow.
This document discusses the difference between a destroyer and a warrior in martial arts. It argues that early in one's martial arts training, they are a "destroyer" as their skills are rough and could harm others. However, with patience, practice, and proper teaching, a martial artist can become a "warrior" - someone who uses their skills for peace, to help and defend others, and to spread positive messages. It provides examples of famous warriors from history like Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr. who taught messages of love and nonviolence.

It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375

How to Stop a Divorce and Save Your Marriage: Divorce Spells That Really Work...
Warrior training can you be one
1. Warrior Training Can You be One?
The Question
The warrior training covers so many vastness of our universe. But the same
question comes to the shore of the weak. How do we understand and combat
fear. Because I teach combative arts here at Dakota Dragon Defense I am
constantly ask how one cannot be afraid of dying or losing something I care
about. Well in the practice of the peaceful warrior we are striving for unity with
oneself and the universe. In the living action of this world we shall be faced with
moments. In each moment there is a understanding of self that we must believe
in.
The Teaching
As a teacher of change I have studied and continuous studying and practice the
ancient art of being. The first step in the mental training is to become the master
of external things. He who is addicted to outside pleasures, however learned or
ignorant he may be, however high or low his social position may be a servant to
2. mere things. One cannot adapt the external world to his own end, but one adapts
himself to it.
When you think about it, all of the fearful responses you have in life probably
correspond to one or more of these three universal fears. You may fear being
alone, being rejected, or not being good enough; you may have a difficult time
trusting other people, the universe, or your own strengths and abilities. The good
news is that fearful thought patterns like these are simply habits that we are
taught as children or develop on our own in adulthood. And like all habits, they
can be changed with just a little bit of determined effort.
Though on a Soul level, fear does not exist, the Soul nevertheless understands
fear. It is the human reaction to the illusion we surround ourselves with, based
upon not knowing what will happen to us next, and upon the belief that we are
victims to the reality in which we live.
In our daily training of meditation and sensory training we develop an elusive
mind, and physical strength training we make our body’s stronger and
impermeable like steal. In this science of the connection we bring our soul to
different levels of existence.
We know through our science that if we were able to achieve full knowledge of
who we are, as Soul, fear would cease to exist. If fear ceases to exist, the events
3. that thrive upon fear will cease to exist, as well. In other words, if we, as a human
society, can eliminate fear from our reality, we can change our world.
I will not teach false bravery of boosting of oneself to appear large in the face of a
moment. This is a false wall that will only create a larger danger for you and loved
ones.
The warrior training touches in your heart the spiritual aspect of valor. In valor
there is the void of fear. In training of the warrior way there is a development of
composure, and calm presence of mind. I teach the tranquility is courage in
repose. It is a tactical manifestation of our training as the peaceful warrior. A
truly brave man is ever serene he is never taken by surprise; and nothing ruffles
the equanimity of his spirit. In the heat of battle he remains cool and in the midst
of catastrophes the spirit and the soul and mind connection keeps level and
balance.
To be the ruler of things we have first to shut up all our senses, and turn the
currents of thoughts inward, and see ourselves as the centre of the world, and
meditate that we are the beings of highest intelligence; the universe never puts
us at the mercy of natural forces; that the earth is in our possession; that
everything on earth is to be made use of for our noble ends; that fire, water, air,
grass, trees, rivers, hills, thunder, cloud, stars, the moon, the sun, are at our
command; that we are the law-givers of the natural phenomena; that we are the
makers of the phenomenal world; that it is we that appoint a mission through life
and determine the fate of man.
.
We are subconsciously creating every moment. If we consciously choose to create
our moments in union with Soul, we begin to consciously create our experiences.
If we consciously accept that there is nothing to fear, we begin to create a world
where fear does not exist. We are Masters of our own reality. We choose what
we do and do not believe. Our beliefs shape our world reality.
4. Many of us shy away from risk because we fear negative consequences. For
example, you may hesitate to invest your money because you fear losing it, or
avoid starting a new relationship because you were so hurt by the last one. What
most of us fail to realize is that risk can also bring great rewards. Avoiding risk
may help us avoid negative possibilities but we also miss the excitement and joy
that come from positive outcomes.
The Lesson
I have been teaching for three decades and there are peaceful warrior training
tools that I would like to share with you. This is the just one small exercise that
the body and the mind connection can train in.
The tension exercises are designed to help you individualize your joints and
muscles, so they work independently from each other. I know that when I say to
tighten up your right toe, your whole leg will most likely tighten. If you practice
regularly, learning to concentrate on only the part of the body I am talking about,
you will find that you will be able to tighten up only your foot instead of your
whole leg; or only your hand instead of your whole arm and chest. You will find
that these exercises will really improve your speed with regular practice. This is
because the tendons and muscles in your arm or leg won't be slowing you down
while throwing a punch or kick, as they do when they're in a constricted state.
Remember that a relaxed body is much faster than a tight one. During the tension
exercise, you should be breathing rhythmically the same amount in as you are
out. In this and many others you will defeat fear and understand each moment
that you are in.
Conclusion
There is none!!. So to answer your question that you may have after
reading this and to see if you can or will incorporate into your daily lives to
enhance your living, I must say find a teacher
That will guide you, and direct you, and teach you, not protect you from your
dismay. You will have some troubles but your troubles are a blessing to the truth
you are seeking within yourself or company.
