8. Technical Tools in ICare
• For Medical Billing we use,
BSI, HCPM, Aesyntix, Next Gen and PVM.
• For Medical Coding we use ,
CPT, ICD-9, and HCPCS.
We are dealing with both professional and facility coding.
We are using updated versions Encoder Pro and Flash codes.
• We are very strong in latest updates and software.
Network Setup:
• Servers and Desktop PC’s in a programmable switched LAN with Mcafee Firewall for
security. We do single line data spreading in our office to protect information with in
the key account holders. No personal mails allowed in office system.
