Our Audit procedure is very fair, transparent and we support our claim with

Account Receivable
 Accounts Receivable Department is engaged in keeping track of the customer’s outstanding payments
and collecting money owed, maintaining customer files, communicating with customers, preparing bank
deposits, and making sure the billing system is up-to-date.
 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Make daily collection calls
 Conduct account research and analysis
 Prepare and maintain various reports
 Maintain an accurate aging report
 Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
 Send statement to outstanding customers
 Reconcile A/R to the G/L
 Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues We can research outstanding accounts receivable
balances to distinguish collectible and uncollectible amounts.
 The coinsurance or deductible amounts to the appropriate payers are identified and billed.
 Cyber system provides routine reports to customers, detailing collection progress, including payments
and recommending adjustments.
Data Entry processing

through the process ensure that relevant checks are made at each processing
