1. Requisition of against the requirement for

2. Prepare advertisements etc. for the recruitment.
3. Scrutinize and shortlist the applications
received. Take approval from concerned
authorities if the post is new.
4. Send interview call letters/mails as required.
5. Conduct Interviews through panels.
6. Preparation of offer letters as required.
7. Prepare a recruitment budget and CTC for the
employee and take approval.
8. Select the appropriate Recruitment process.
