major facilities and dispose into landfills. While Egypt consume annually
approximately 7 million tons of heavy fuel oil in electric power plants to generate
electricity, generation more than 4000 metric tons of oil ashes [Mohammed et al
2016]. All the Egyptian power plants are not fitted with electrostatic precipitators and

the river the golden foothill slopes curve up to the strong and rocky Gabilan
Mountains, but on the valley side the water is lined with trees willows fresh and
green with every spring, carrying in their lower leaf junctures the debris of the winter

are no longer present. It is fair to say that the keep is no where near the great
defensive feature of the medieval period but it is remarkable in the way it has kept

Another theory suggests that capoeira originated
from a courtship dance in Angola by the young pretenders, or at least
was one of the components that formed it, however, this is one of
many theories. There is controversy about whether the game arrived
with enslaved Africans or whether Africans refined a preexisting
Brazilian game. Regardless, the catalyst for capoeira was the
homogenization of African people under the oppression of slavery.
Capoeira emerged as a form of resistance to oppression, an art
practiced in secret, a transmission of culture and spiritual stimulation.
Many Brazilian scholars maintain that Capoeira was born as a way to
disguise the fact that slaves were training to fight (against its owners),

hiding it in the form of a cheerful dance choreography. This explains
why Capoeira currently appears as a mixture of fighting techniques and
fluid dance.
There were groups of slaves who escaped from the settlements and
grouped in different places. These groups were defined by Portugal as
quilombos. The most important in 1580 was Palmares quilombo, and
his ruling was Zumbi dos Palmares, located in the Serra da Barriga,

First Person Interview
The first person I decided to interview was my cousin Temiqa. She was a mother of
not only one but two children, having one at the age of 28 and the other at 35. As a
mother, she overall wanted to make sure her kids were healthy and happy. Making
sure they knew what the right things to do were and that they were loved. Although,
it took patience and understanding to do so. An example of this for her was when

I am an only child and she had had me at the old age of 41 years old. In addition, I
was born premature, making it an even more unique situation. With me being
premature my mother said her top priority was to make sure my medical conditions
were good. This caused her to both breastfeed me and feed me formula. She was
too old to produce the necessary amount of breastmilk I needed to help my body
grow. She began to feed me solid foods at six months old and she even weaned me,
giving me solid foods at a slow pace. I have never had any asthma or allergies as
well. The use of formula came at a cost, however. A very high cost, even if my
mom can t remember it. Despite my good health my mother still regretted that she
had to use formula. The best experience she had ever had feeding me was when she
breastfed me. It was personal and very endearing. She also got advice from her
doctors and books that said breastfeeding was good for me. The third person I
interviewed was my father. He did not have much to say. I was born when he was
46 years old. He felt as though parenting was a great responsibility. Just like my
mother he remembered me having both breastmilk and formula growing up.
However, the best memory he had of feeding me, my first bottle, was thanks to

George Kimball Mental Illness
The movie Send Me No Flowers is centered around George Kimball, a man that
constantly thinks he is becoming ill and ignores any person that tells him different.
When at the doctor s office because of a worrisome chest pain, George overheard the
doctor speak on the phone about a patient that was dying. Due to a misinterpretation,
George automatically assumed that he was the patient being discussed. When
reviewing his behavior, it is evident that George has the somatoform disorder,
hypochondriasis. Symptoms of this disorder are interpreting normal sensations
(headaches, chest pain, stomach aches, etc.,) as symptoms of a deadly disease and
ignoring physician reassurances that they do not reflect a serious illness. Since

This concern later ripples into a series of important events that allow the plot to
develop, such as picking his wife s second husband for when he dies and buying
cemetery plots for the three of them. George does all of this without notifying his
wife of what he believes to be his imminent death. When he eventually does tell his
wife that he thinks he is dying, she takes care of him and he progressively seems to
get worse with each passing day. It is clear that the sympathy he received
encouraged his complaints and led to the self induced illusion that his body was
slowly dying. In the end, they both find out in different ways that George s chest pain
had been due to indigestion and the confusion is cleared up. The entire situation
showed George that he was overreacting. The audience can tell that he has overcome
his hypochondria because the movie finalizes with a picture of his entire medicine
cabinet being empty. In reality, hypochondria is an illness that persists for several
years but can normally be cured with persistent therapy. George receives no remedial
treatment in the movie but an effective form of therapy, based on research, would be
