HSG is an advisory services company that helps executive leaders make strategic decisions. They were using spreadsheets and emails to track client progress and communicate, which was ineffective. Mansa Systems implemented a Salesforce Customer Community to create a secure online environment for clients to input their information, share materials, and visually track processes. This enabled more effective collaboration, centralized tracking of engagements, and opportunities to upsell additional services to clients with minimal maintenance costs.
