The HRIS Steering Committee was provided with updates on action items from the last meeting, an overall status dashboard of HRIS workstreams, projections for Phase 2 spending through the end of 2011, and a milestone project plan for Phase 2 deliverables. The status dashboard indicated that three workstreams were approved for production release with no outstanding issues, while a fourth workstream had all functional areas approved for release. The projections showed no spending to date and no amount left to spend for the 2011 request. Finally, the milestone plan outlined target start and finish dates for Phase 2 workstreams and their current status.
