A minimum of four hour workshop teaching participants on providing best in class customer service to both
internal and external clients/customers. Detailed discussions in areas of telephone etiquette, office automation,

Supervisor/Leadership
Do you have newly promoted supervisors or supervisors needing coaching and molding to become stronger
supervisor or managers? HR Mechanic will provide training to managers and supervisors to improve their ability to
