oppression influence the ability of both countries to lessen racial and ethnic inequalities. However,
similarities between racial and ethnic dynamics in the two countries end there. After independence,
Malaysian society was able to progress in a way that significantly reduced socioeconomic

After reviewing some of important literature journals, I found some interesting concepts that relate

relationship marketing can be used as a strategy to race in the market. Relationship marketing has
been operationalized using the model of trust and commitment. The findings suggest a significant
difference in relationship marketing orientation in state bank and private bank. Private Banks can be
