Create an account by
signing in to

Fill out the required
information.

And click “create
account”

Open your email and
view notification from
Dropbox.

Click on “verify your
email”

You will then be led to
your

newly created
account.

Inside, you will find a
“Get Started pdf”.

Which explains how
to use Dropbox

Since Dropbox allows
you to save docs,

videos, and other files
– all in one place

- and automatically
backs up your stuff.

you have the option to
install Dropbox

To you Desktop:
Windows or Mac

Click “Download
Dropbox”

Once download is
complete,

Run the installer

by clicking the .exe file

A pop-up box will
open

and ask you to run the
file

Just click on “run”

When the download
finishes,

click on the file.

Once it opens

a pop-up box will ask
you

if you would like to
run the file

Click on “run”

When installed,

fill in the email and
password.

Then click “sign in”

You can now open
Dropbox in your
desktop.

Click “Open my
Dropbox”

Click on “Get Started”

Afterward Dropbox
tells you that a folder
is created

It will then inform you

that files put in your
Dropbox folder

will be automatically
backed up

for you on
Dropbox.com

Click “Next”

It also says that
everything you put in
Dropbox

Is “Private”
unless you choose to
share it.

Dropbox will create a
folder in your PC.

It will also add a “Get
Started” file.

You can now start
using Dropbox in your
PC.

Dropbox:

Simply drag and drop
files to your Dropbox
folder.

You can access your
files anywhere

By saving your files in
dropbox.com

or

by installing apps in
your

iphone or android
phone

2. How to Send Large
Files

Sign in to your account
in Dropbox.com

Right click on your
chosen file.

To reveal the
dropdown menu.

Click on “Send link”

A link to the file will
appear

You will be asked for
the e-mail address

where you want to
send the link.

Click “Send”

3. Work Together on
Files/Collaborate.

Click the icon “Share
Folder”

Select the option to
create and share new
folder.

Click “Next”

Type the name of your
new folder.

Click “Next”

Type the name/e-mail
of the person

you want to share the
file with.

Click “Share folder”

4. Organize

Create Folders to
organize your files.

by clicking this icon to
“Add new folder”

Type in the name for
your new folder. Press
enter key to save the
name.

5. Request for Files

Click on “Create file
request”

Type the name of file
you are requesting.

Click “Next”

A link to your request
will appear

and you will be asked
to enter the e-mail
address.

Just click “Done”

Your Files, Folders, and
Request now appear

on your home page.

Congrats! You’re now
an expert in Dropbox!
