• Nonprofits are closing the books on fiscal 2019
• Last minute decision making on remaining budget & priorities
• Opportunity to plan ahead for next year’s technology investments
• Some TechSoup partners reset their allotments/limits

8. Adobe Fiscal Year End Limits
• Limits Reset on July 1st
• Unlimited Adobe Creative Cloud or Document Cloud licenses
• Four donated products per fiscal year
• Acrobat Pro 2017
• Photoshop Elements 2019 and Premiere Elements 2019 Bundle

9. Symantec Fiscal Year End Limits
• Limits Reset on July 1st
• One Norton Product (Norton Small Business or Norton Security) AND up to 20
licenses for the product.
• Two Symantec Enterprise products per fiscal year, with up to 100 licenses per
product (Endpoint Protection or Mail Security)
• Four donated products per fiscal year
• Acrobat Pro 2017
• Photoshop Elements 2019 and Premiere Elements 2019 Bundle

10. Intuit Fiscal Year End Limits
• Limits Reset on July 1st
• One Intuit product per fiscal year. One subscription product per org in
perpetuity.

11. Microsoft Fiscal Year End Limits
• Donation Catalog
• Limits reset every two years on the date of its first donation request after July 27, 2011.
After two years, a new cycle begins, and a new allotment is available.
• Up to 50 titles of each donated desktop product or CAL (Client Access License)
• Up to 25 donated copies of Windows Server Standard
• Up to five donated server products other than Windows Server Standard
