Beginning January, 2024, TechSoup U.S. Customer Service has transitioned to
supporting our members exclusively through Live Chat.
When Live Chat is available, you can connect with a live agent by clicking the Live chat button
within the Help bubble at the bottom right corner of your browser window.
Find our weekly Live Chat hours by clicking the Help bubble. The hours will be located at the top of
the pop up window. We are typically available:
● Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pacific
● Friday from 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Pacific
These hours are subject to change based on holidays and other factors.

Unable to connect to Live Chat?
If the Help bubble or Live chat button isn’t visible, and you are trying to access Live Chat within our business hours (Pacific
time zone), the troubleshooting in our TechSoup Support article should resolves this issue:

Here are the three most common fixes:
● Use a computer to access Live Chat. When using a mobile device (e.g. cellphone and tablet), the Help bubble will
appear as an icon (a message bubble), it will not have the word “Help” visible.

● Update your browser to the most current version available. We have confirmed older versions of browsers are typically
unable to see the Live chat button.
● Turn off pop-up and ad blocker extensions in your browser settings. We have confirmed these settings can lead to the
Help bubble and Live chat button not appearing.
