Ryo, Strategic Planning Office Director,
Pacific Business Consulting, Inc. (PBC)

With experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP
(NAV/AX) that goes further back than anyone in
Japan, Ryo has taken part in international
projects in Japan and 29 other countries since
2001, traveling enough miles to circle the globe
some 70 times. He is continually involved with
several international projects. On the strength of
his project experience, expertise in R&D for
Dynamics ERP and the global network he
maintains with Microsoft and other Dynamics
partners, he has made appearances at many
related events in Japan and abroad. In
recognition of these achievements, Ryo became
the first in Japan to receive an MVP award for
Microsoft Dynamics ERP 2015.
Takeshi, Marketing Group, Strategic Planning Office,

Takeshi joined a Japanese accounting package developer in
2005. After gaining experience for six years in the sales
division, he further refined his expertise in the product
planning and marketing divisions. Since 2015, he has been
engaged in marketing and pre-sales for Microsoft Dynamics
ERP/CRM at Pacific Business Consulting, Inc. and is
regarded as a talented presenter in Japan.

Ryo Joined PBC as a Dynamics CRM Senior Consultant in
2017. From 1995 to 2007, he worked at Microsoft Japan as
a technical evangelist specializing in .NET Framework, Visual
Studio and developing applications on the Windows platform.
From 2008, he was involved with development and
consulting connected to the Dynamics CRM business. Ryo
has since been offering business consulting services related
to marketing automation and sales process management,
and is one of the most renowned Microsoft Dynamics CRM
consultants in Japan. His hobby is to perform…
8. Objectives & Key Takeaways
• This session is to encourage NAV APAC partners to deliver even more
attractive presentations, attract greater attention from prospective
customers and ultimately win out over competing ERP/CRM software.
• Since customer motivations differ depending on position and business
scenario, we need to work on Dynamics CRM / Dynamics Marketing
(now in public preview) to build the entire Dynamics 365 Business.
• Dynamics 365 – “Business Central”(codenamed Tenerife) will be
available soon. The point of this is clear: Dynamics 365 has to be
more than pure Business Applications; it must be a centralized part
of the customers’ cloud platform, where AI proposes new services
and products to differentiate from other competitors based on
business-oriented big data that has been collected from IoT/M2M by
the systems around Dynamics365.
