Job Stress and Presenteeism among Nurses in Tertiary Level Hospitals in Pakis...Lachman Das Malhi
Presenteeism among nurses is the decision to attend work while sick. It is a vital issue for nurse administrators and managers. The unusual circumstances of the health work atmosphere leads to the creation of job stress that further results in negative consequences- such as decreased productivity and poor quality care services to patients for organizations. This research explores the levels of job stress and presenteeism and the relationship between overall job stress and overall presenteeism perceived by nurses in tertiary level hospitals in Pakistan.

The creation of a sustainable healthcare work environment in which workers and patients feel engaged, loyal, and satisfied remain as priorities of any organization. My organization culture makes the broader construct that covers every aspect of employees at work. The climate within the organization involves our shared perceptions among employees on the organization’s procedures, practices, policies, and the nature of the rewarding system. The summary of the assessment findings on my organization’s physical environment, organizational power and structure, social environment, environmental safety, professional and personal support, organizational communication, and organizational taboos form the critical aspects of the paper.
Cleveland Hospital Organizational Culture and Climate Analysis
Summary of Assessment Findings
Physical Environment: How I experience the work environment at any given time, how it feels to work in the organization and to perform in the organization’s culture influences my mood. Within the facility, families visiting their patients have a well-furnished waiting bay with television in which they first rest before being allowed to see their patients. Those with cars can access marked parking lots that are enough. Since the organization is Christian-based, it has a chapel in which patients’ families can gather and pray for their loved ones undergoing medical treatment.
Environmental Safety: As workers, we share values and beliefs that influence our behavior within the organization. It is through these share aspects in which the organization has identified to provide safety measures since the organization believes that healthy workers are essential assets in performance. As a result, environmental safety measures such as safety stickers on elevators, stairwells, passageways, and hallways are maintained. These stickers remind workers and other people that safety at the workplace is critical and that they should observe safety measures.
Social Environment: The organization has maintained its annual event at the end of the year in which all workers and other senior employees converge to celebrate the achievements of that year. These internal social events have helped in strengthening interdepartmental socialization and making the organization one big family. As a result, the shared assumptions, values, and beliefs of the organization get enhanced to propel the achievement of goals and realization of the vision.
Organizational Power Structure: Board of directors manages the facility. The executive management of the organization oversees daily operations. The chief executive officer remains the top boss responsible for all activi ...
AN OVERVIEW OF FACTORS INFLUENCING QUALITY MANAGEMENT WITH REFERENCE TO NURSI...IAEME Publication
The present article shows the profile of respondents and factors influencing quality management with reference to nursing services. The nature of the research is descriptive as well as empirical and it has been conducted by using primary as well as secondary data collected for this purpose. The present research work is an attempt to study the factors influencing quality management with reference to nursing services. The data needed for the study has been collected from the respondents through questionnaires and through direct interviews. The sample for the study was selected from a hospital with reference to nursing services. The study was mainly carried out by empirical investigation through the collection of primary data from the hospital management with reference to nursing services. There were only 150 at management with reference nursing services. Hence, the entire populations were selected as the samples for the study. Nurses are a patient’s direct contact in a medical institution and are responsible for providing whatever information or care they require and hence quality management begins with them.. According to existing researches, nurses have participated in the monitoring of the quality of client care for many years, and Quality Assurance has long been an institution within nursing in the hospital setting. Truth be told, quality management is not a new concept. It has been practiced for decades but has evolved and attained new forms throughout the years.

Introduction
This paper aims to discuss a problem in the healthcare system and the possible solutions to solve the problem. Critical healthcare problems impact healthcare facilities in the United States, which stimulates procedures to please the contending necessity to provide reasonable standard care and nursing staff who offers the services. This paper aims to define the strategies and policies to discourse the contending necessity of providing safe and standard care to the sick and the needs of the workers who provide the services. The paper also outlines an issue in healthcare and any influence factors within the healthcare system.
Problem Identification
The healthcare institutions' major goal is to provide the target populations with standard, actual, and better patient care possible, but the healthcare providers scarcity impacts this aim's accomplishment. The rise of nurses’ scarcity influences medical care delivery to the sick and healthcare organizations' financial growth. Varying nurse-to-patient percentage compromises the provision of superior care, which impacts patients’ safety and outcomes.
Background
The nursing scarcity began in 1998 and not only continues but is to become worse. The root of the current shortage is three-fold; an inadequate supply of nurses, an elderly population, and an elderly employee. The baby boomers are going to their golden years. Between 2010 and 2030, one in every five individuals will be a pensioner. The internal sources of nursing scarcities comprise; increased obligation for unlicensed employees, long working periods, and remuneration problems.
Problem Analysis
The current research reveals that nursing shortage can be the contributing aspect that forces the medical providers to be allocated a large number of patients to a medical provider. The contending necessity of the medical care personnel is the main issue affecting the nursing shortage, which requires a practice set by the healthcare administrations while bearing in mind the inadequate resources to gratify the necessity (Friganović et al., 2019). Thus, there is a prerequisite for establishing a strategy that stabilizes medical care money-generating needs and the workforce's contending situations. Patients might benefit from the more outstanding care the nurses provide by achieving a balance of the necessities.
DMEP is a strategy that necessitates all medical care employees to report all errors planned at fostering comprehensive ethical procedures by having Medicare employees responsible for their operations for decreasing or eliminating clinical mistakes. Nurses’ shortage influences the effectiveness of DMEP because when the work of the nurse increases due to staff shortage, the risk of health blunders becomes inevitable, which often goes unreported.

My change proposal is being implemented in the ICU. The intervention is implementing communication tools and processes that are evidence based to improve nursing sensitive indicators in the ICU. The internal stakeholders are the ICU staff and the hospital. The external stakeholders are the community that is served by the hospital. Our hospital works off of a relationship-based care (RBC) model. RBC is a culture transformation model and an operational framework that improves safety, quality, patient satisfaction, and staff satisfaction by improving every relationship within an organization (Gallison & Kester, 2018). The core of workforce engagement is the reignighting of joy and meaning for nurses. The joy and satisfaction in having a sense of accomplishment and significance in the work through processes leading to successful outcomes. RBC speaks to how we treat patients, family, and each other. Internal stakeholders all work off this model in this organization. However, covid greatly challenged relationship based care principles by limiting how we interact with each other and our patient families. That in person piece is missing for many patients still. In this organizational transition back to pre-covid practices, meetings, and policies staff are looking for guidance to unify and strengthen the workforce. It is a good segway into external stakeholders. Our nurses and other staff are also members of the community served by the hospital. Therefore, the internal stakeholders all face the real fact that they too receive their care here and have an interest in the quality of care provided. This community funded hospital has been influenced by local donors, architects and artists. Donors play a large role in celebrating the staff and creating this sense of meaning and significance for hospital staff. In a relationship based care model, these gestures serve a huge purpose and allow the hospital to recognize staff in unique ways. The positive factor here is that the nurses have come out of this powerless feeling covid left them with. Small gestures that build trust between nursing and management create a more productive work environment. This is done through clear concise communication, open discussion, and acting on feedback from staff.

Stakeholder involvement is crucial for the successful implementation of the change proposal project. Stakeholders are those who are interested in the change proposal project, such as nurses, patients, and suppliers. They can affect or be affected by the organization's actions, objectives, and policies (Lubbeke et al., 2019). We must assess our work environment to identify all relevant stakeholders. Failure to do so can negatively affect the project ...
SERVICES MARKETING BEHAVIOURAL CONSEQUENCES AND PATIENTS’ SATISFACTION TOWARD...IAEME Publication
Relationship marketing is an old idea but a new focus now at the forefront of services marketing practice and academic research. The impetus of its development has come from the maturing of services marketing, with the emphasis on quality, increased recognition of potential benefits for the firm, the customer, and technological advances. Relationship marketing works to attract maintain and enhance client/customer relationship in healthcare provider. Despite the widespread concern in health care literature with patients’ satisfaction there has been neither explicit definition of that concept nor systematic consideration of its determinants and consequences. Patients are becoming increasingly involved in making health care choices as their burden of health costs continue to escalate.

Executive Summary
Medication error being a systematic problem is not a new case. It is something that nurses and other healthcare providers have experienced. The error could be a result of recurring issues of just human error. It could also lead to more severe injuries where the patient could find themselves with a new condition such as itching rashes or skin problems that could either be temporary or permanent. These medication errors could even lead to death in some cases, significantly hurting the patient's family, especially when they know that the death of their loved one could have been prevented. It could make the healthcare provider responsible for the error start doubting themselves and start feeling guilty and ashamed for the action. It could even lead to depression throughout their life. If the deceased's family decides to file a lawsuit against the nurse or the one who was responsible, it could result in them losing their license. Medication errors can also impact the hospital where the healthcare provider is working, and patients even lose trust in the kind of treatment offered in that hospital. The occurrence of medication errors could cause the organization not to achieve its goals and objectives of providing quality care to patients for better results. Since human is to error, a medication error of not greater than 5% is allowed, but currently, it is at 39.5% (Barker et al. 2020)
As a nursing leader, I would recommend using various strategies to help minimize the occurrence of such medication errors in the future. The management should make it their responsibility to establish a safety culture and constantly report the current system and how it is performing. Healthcare providers should understand that humans are to error, and no one is to be blamed or receive a harsh form of punishment. The healthcare provider responsible for the medication error should acknowledge their mistake and report to the nursing leaders or the supervisor in charge to ensure patient safety before things get worse.
Nursing is a vital profession in the healthcare sector, mainly concerned with providing quality care to individuals and families. However, it has been discovered that there is a gap between the expected outcomes and the actual results. As a nursing leader, I will present the matter before other executive leaders to ensure care has been improved. Even though care is the primary concern of nurses, other healthcare providers should also work to ensure quality and safety outcomes. It is the responsibility of every individual in the organization. They should ensure to utilize evidence-based information and apply this knowledge to assess the ability of the entire organization to provide evidence-based care delivery. Importance of teamwork communication in nursing practiceAhmed Alkhaqani
In today’s healthcare system, the delivery process includes many interfaces and patient handouts between several health professionals with further education and professional training levels. As a health care science, nursing focuses on serving the needs of humans as biopsychosocial and spiritual beings. Its practice requires scientific knowledge and interpersonal, intellectual, and technical abilities and skills. This means a composition of knowledge, clinical work, and interpersonal communication. Communication is an essential element of nursing in all fields of activity, including prevention, treatment, therapy, rehabilitation, education, and health promotion. Moreover, the nursing process as a scientific method of exercise and implementation of nursing is achieved through dialogue, interpersonal environment, and specific verbal communication skills. Therefore, effective clinical practice involves several cases in which they must clearly communicate important information. Nurses are the heart of the fundamental strengthening of the health system and the basis of providing basic health services. They bring the care that is centered on people to communities where it is most needed, which helps improve overall health results and the cost-effectiveness of the service. Nurses are generally the first responders to complex humanitarian crises and disasters, community protectors, advocates, communication and coordination experts. Nurse communication skills are crucial but difficult to master them.

BROAD UNEXPOSED SKILLS OF TRANSGENDER ENTREPRENEURSIAEME Publication
Since ages gender difference is always a debatable theme whether caused by nature, evolution or environment. The birth of a transgender is dreadful not only for the child but also for their parents. The pain of living in the wrong physique and treated as second class victimized citizen is outrageous and fully harboured with vicious baseless negative scruples. For so long, social exclusion had perpetuated inequality and deprivation experiencing ingrained malign stigma and besieged victims of crime or violence across their life spans. They are pushed into the murky way of life with a source of eternal disgust, bereft sexual potency and perennial fear. Although they are highly visible but very little is known about them. The common public needs to comprehend the ravaged arrogance on these insensitive souls and assist in integrating them into the mainstream by offering equal opportunity, treat with humanity and respect their dignity. Entrepreneurship in the current age is endorsing the gender fairness movement. Unstable careers and economic inadequacy had inclined one of the gender variant people called Transgender to become entrepreneurs. These tiny budding entrepreneurs resulted in economic transition by means of employment, free from the clutches of stereotype jobs, raised standard of living and handful of financial empowerment. Besides all these inhibitions, they were able to witness a platform for skill set development that ignited them to enter into entrepreneurial domain. This paper epitomizes skill sets involved in trans-entrepreneurs of Thoothukudi Municipal Corporation of Tamil Nadu State and is a groundbreaking determination to sightsee various skills incorporated and the impact on entrepreneurship.

Living in 21st century in itself reminds all of us the necessity of police and its administration. As more and more we are entering into the modern society and culture, the more we require the services of the so called ‘Khaki Worthy’ men i.e., the police personnel. Whether we talk of Indian police or the other nation’s police, they all have the same recognition as they have in India. But as already mentioned, their services and requirements are different after the like 26th November, 2008 incidents, where they without saving their own lives has sacrificed themselves without any hitch and without caring about their respective family members and wards. In other words, they are like our heroes and mentors who can guide us from the darkness of fear, militancy, corruption and other dark sides of life and so on. Now the question arises, if Gandhi would have been alive today, what would have been his reaction/opinion to the police and its functioning? Would he have some thing different in his mind now what he had been in his mind before the partition or would he be going to start some Satyagraha in the form of some improvement in the functioning of the police administration? Really these questions or rather night mares can come to any one’s mind, when there is too much confusion is prevailing in our minds, when there is too much corruption in the society and when the polices working is also in the questioning because of one or the other case throughout the India. It is matter of great concern that we have to thing over our administration and our practical approach because the police personals are also like us, they are part and parcel of our society and among one of us, so why we all are pin pointing towards them.

The key findings of the study suggested that talent management had an impact on employee retention. The studies also found that there is a clear link between the implementation of talent management and retention measures. Management should provide enough training and development for employees, clarify job responsibilities, provide adequate remuneration packages, and recognise employees for exceptional performance.
ATTRITION IN THE IT INDUSTRY DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC: LINKING EMOTIONAL INTE...IAEME Publication
Globally, Millions of dollars were spent by the organizations for employing skilled Information Technology (IT) professionals. It is costly to replace unskilled employees with IT professionals possessing technical skills and competencies that aid in interconnecting the business processes. The organization’s employment tactics were forced to alter by globalization along with technological innovations as they consistently diminish to remain lean, outsource to concentrate on core competencies along with restructuring/reallocate personnel to gather efficiency. As other jobs, organizations or professions have become reasonably more appropriate in a shifting employment landscape, the above alterations trigger both involuntary as well as voluntary turnover. The employee view on jobs is also afflicted by the COVID-19 pandemic along with the employee-driven labour market. So, having effective strategies is necessary to tackle the withdrawal rate of employees. By associating Emotional Intelligence (EI) along with Talent Management (TM) in the IT industry, the rise in attrition rate was analyzed in this study. Only 303 respondents were collected out of 350 participants to whom questionnaires were distributed. From the employees of IT organizations located in Bangalore (India), the data were congregated. A STUDY OF VARIOUS TYPES OF LOANS OF SELECTED PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTOR BANKS...IAEME Publication
Banking regulations act of India, 1949 defines banking as “acceptance of deposits for the purpose of lending or investment from the public, repayment on demand or otherwise and withdrawable through cheques, drafts order or otherwise”, the major participants of the Indian financial system are commercial banks, the financial institution encompassing term lending institutions. Investments institutions, specialized financial institution and the state level development banks, non banking financial companies (NBFC) and other market intermediaries such has the stock brokers and money lenders are among the oldest of the certain variants of NBFC and the oldest market participants. The asset quality of banks is one of the most important indicators of their financial health. The Indian banking sector has been facing severe problems of increasing Non- Performing Assets (NPAs). The NPAs growth directly and indirectly affects the quality of assets and profitability of banks. It also shows the efficiency of banks credit risk management and the recovery effectiveness. NPA do not generate any income, whereas, the bank is required to make provisions for such as assets that why is a double edge weapon. This paper outlines the concept of quality of bank loans of different types like Housing, Agriculture and MSME loans in state Haryana of selected public and private sector banks. This study is highlighting problems associated with the role of commercial bank in financing Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SME). The overall objective of the research was to assess the effect of the financing provisions existing for the setting up and operations of MSMEs in the country and to generate recommendations for more robust financing mechanisms for successful operation of the MSMEs, in turn understanding the impact of MSME loans on financial institutions due to NPA. There are many research conducted on the topic of Non- Performing Assets (NPA) Management, concerning particular bank, comparative study of public and private banks etc. In this paper the researcher is considering the aggregate data of selected public sector and private sector banks and attempts to compare the NPA of Housing, Agriculture and MSME loans in state Haryana of public and private sector banks. The tools used in the study are average and Anova test and variance. The findings reveal that NPA is common problem for both public and private sector banks and is associated with all types of loans either that is housing loans, agriculture loans and loans to SMES. NPAs of both public and private sector banks show the increasing trend. In 2010-11 GNPA of public and private sector were at same level it was 2% but after 2010-11 it increased in many fold and at present there is GNPA in some more than 15%. It shows the dark area of Indian banking sector.

This study provides significant contributions to ultimate strength by increasing BaSO4 content up to 16% in the composites, and sliding speed contributes 72.45% to the wear rate
ROLE OF SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN RURAL DEVELOPMENT OF INDIA - PROBLEMS AND ...IAEME Publication
The majority of the population in India lives in villages. The village is the back bone of the country. Village or rural industries play an important role in the national economy, particularly in the rural development. Developing the rural economy is one of the key indicators towards a country’s success. Whether it be the need to look after the welfare of the farmers or invest in rural infrastructure, Governments have to ensure that rural development isn’t compromised. The economic development of our country largely depends on the progress of rural areas and the standard of living of rural masses. Village or rural industries play an important role in the national economy, particularly in the rural development. Rural entrepreneurship is based on stimulating local entrepreneurial talent and the subsequent growth of indigenous enterprises. It recognizes opportunity in the rural areas and accelerates a unique blend of resources either inside or outside of agriculture. Rural entrepreneurship brings an economic value to the rural sector by creating new methods of production, new markets, new products and generate employment opportunities thereby ensuring continuous rural development. Social Entrepreneurship has the direct and primary objective of serving the society along with the earning profits. So, social entrepreneurship is different from the economic entrepreneurship as its basic objective is not to earn profits but for providing innovative solutions to meet the society needs which are not taken care by majority of the entrepreneurs as they are in the business for profit making as a sole objective. So, the Social Entrepreneurs have the huge growth potential particularly in the developing countries like India where we have huge societal disparities in terms of the financial positions of the population. Still 22 percent of the Indian population is below the poverty line and also there is disparity among the rural & urban population in terms of families living under BPL. 25.7 percent of the rural population & 13.7 percent of the urban population is under BPL which clearly shows the disparity of the poor people in the rural and urban areas. The need to develop social entrepreneurship in agriculture is dictated by a large number of social problems. Such problems include low living standards, unemployment, and social tension. The reasons that led to the emergence of the practice of social entrepreneurship are the above factors. The research problem lays upon disclosing the importance of role of social entrepreneurship in rural development of India. The paper the tendencies of social entrepreneurship in India, to present successful examples of such business for providing recommendations how to improve situation in rural areas in terms of social entrepreneurship development. Indian government has made some steps towards development of social enterprises, social entrepreneurship, and social in- novation, but a lot remains to be improved.
OPTIMAL RECONFIGURATION OF POWER DISTRIBUTION RADIAL NETWORK USING HYBRID MET...IAEME Publication
Distribution system is a critical link between the electric power distributor and the consumers. Most of the distribution networks commonly used by the electric utility is the radial distribution network. However in this type of network, it has technical issues such as enormous power losses which affect the quality of the supply. Nowadays, the introduction of Distributed Generation (DG) units in the system help improve and support the voltage profile of the network as well as the performance of the system components through power loss mitigation. In this study network reconfiguration was done using two meta-heuristic algorithms Particle Swarm Optimization and Gravitational Search Algorithm (PSO-GSA) to enhance power quality and voltage profile in the system when simultaneously applied with the DG units. Backward/Forward Sweep Method was used in the load flow analysis and simulated using the MATLAB program. Five cases were considered in the Reconfiguration based on the contribution of DG units. The proposed method was tested using IEEE 33 bus system. Based on the results, there was a voltage profile improvement in the system from 0.9038 p.u. to 0.9594 p.u.. The integration of DG in the network also reduced power losses from 210.98 kW to 69.3963 kW. Simulated results are drawn to show the performance of each case.

A MULTIPLE – CHANNEL QUEUING MODELS ON FUZZY ENVIRONMENTIAEME Publication
In this paper, we investigated a queuing model of fuzzy environment-based a multiple channel queuing model (M/M/C) ( /FCFS) and study its performance under realistic conditions. It applies a nonagonal fuzzy number to analyse the relevant performance of a multiple channel queuing model (M/M/C) ( /FCFS). Based on the sub interval average ranking method for nonagonal fuzzy number, we convert fuzzy number to crisp one. Numerical results reveal that the efficiency of this method. Intuitively, the fuzzy environment adapts well to a multiple channel queuing models (M/M/C) ( /FCFS) are very well.
Neuro-symbolic is not enough, we need neuro-*semantic*Frank van Harmelen
Neuro-symbolic (NeSy) AI is on the rise. However, simply machine learning on just any symbolic structure is not sufficient to really harvest the gains of NeSy. These will only be gained when the symbolic structures have an actual semantics. I give an operational definition of semantics as “predictable inference”.
All of this illustrated with link prediction over knowledge graphs, but the argument is general.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).
