Surface characters
Testing of the susceptibility to germination, cleaning possibilities, antimicrobial effect and microbial resistiveness
has documented, that our materials meet with the most demanding hygienic requirements.
• Bacteria, viruses and fungi will be reduced just by the material properties
• The plain, closed surfaces avoid the penetration of pathogenic agents and thus avoid development of bio film
• The materials are resistant against transformation by microorganisms

For protection and preservation of highest hygiene standards, we provide in addition to the construction activities the following service.
Hygiene test
Technical hygiene acceptance test of VAC-facilities according to
DIN 1946-4 or applicable country norm
• Particle rating below the laminar flow ceiling
• Verification of protective effect in aseptic safety areas compared
to the surrounding area
• Evaluation of the protective effect considering airflow obstructing
bodies and cooling loads
Safety test
We offer annual maintenance for all electrical components as
well as door systems and integrated components.

164. SERVICE
For protection and preservation of highest hygiene standards, we provide in addition to the construction activities the following service.
Leak-tightness test / pressure test
Leak-tightness of room systems to certificate the pressure
maintenance in tested rooms
• Tightness according to the required pressure range, but max.
worst-case gas-tightness up to pressure of +/- 500 Pa (1000 Pa)
for all components
• Test of temperature and humidity
• Replaceable flange plates with integrated duct intake for test
procedures
• Graphical reports
Decontamination
H2O2-gassing for decontamination of surfaces contaminated by
germs, fungi, viruses or spores
• Integrated gas spreading system
• Optional fixed installed gas resistant unit in the wall system or
gassing by duct intake from outside
