5. D SISPENSING / AMPLING BOOTH
Equipment is used for dispensing of powder and chemicals and to minimize the risk of contaminating the work zone and ensure
health safety for person working with chemicals/powder. This Equipment is based on the recirculation of air. This ensures that the
cloud formed by the material dispensed is sucked in natural pattern of movement and arrested through pre filters. The air is then
supplied back at the work zone through HEPA, after the initial cycles, we achieve class 100 hazard proof laminar movement of air
and handling of material.

ADKLIN INDUSTRIES PASS BOX minimize entry of contaminants into the clean room by providing a means for pick-up and
delivery of products and supplies without personnel entry. Productivity is increased because clean room personnel remain clean

8. HORIZONTAL LAMINAR FLOW UNIT
ADKLIN INDUSTRIES Laminar Flow Unit creates a particle free working environment by taking air through a filtration system
and exhausting it across a work surface in a laminar or unidirectional air stream. Laminar Flow units are used in micro labs for
testing and experimenting different chemicals without contaminating with the worker and atmosphere.
Commonly, the filtration system comprises of a pre-filter and a HEPA filter. Because the air within the cabinet does not contain any
airborne particle, it is also sterile.
The laminar flow cabinet is usually enclosed on the sides and kept under constant positive pressure in order to prevent the
infiltration of contaminated room air.

9. V CERTICAL / EILING SUSPENDED LAF UNIT
With similar features as horizontal LAF, throw laminar air onADKLIN INDUSTRIES Vertical or Ceiling Suspended LAF Units
the working area from the top i.e. vertically. The main usage of these units can be seen in operation theaters and injectable plants.
Units consists of blower/motor assemble and filter assembly. It aids controlling ingress of particulate contaminants into clean room

THREE TYPES OF FUME HOODS:
1. ByPass Laboratory Fume Hoods: If you decide that the amount of air being supplied to the room is adequate to
accommodate the exhaust volume of the fume hood, then the Bypass Laboratory Fume Hood would make an excellent
choice. The Bypass Laboratory Fume Hoods have a double bypass to provide constant exhaust volume and limit changes in
face velocity. The upper bypass functions automatically with the raising and lowering of the sash window. The lower bypass
provides a continuous air sweep of the work surface.
2. Add Air Laboratory Fume Hoods: If there is not enough air supply available for air filtration and fume extraction, the Add
Air Laboratory Fume Hood may be the right choice for your lab. The Add Air Laboratory Fume Hoods provide up to 70% of
the hood exhaust requirements. With a bypass similar to the Bypass Laboratory Fume Hoods, outside air is introduced
through the add air plenum, which minimizes the amount of conditioned room air required.
3. Add Air Laboratory Fume Hoods: The Variable Air Volume Laboratory Fume Hood is designed to be used with an
adjustable damper system in the duct work. The use of this hood will, when used in conjunction with a VAV control system,
drastically reduce the total amount of air consumed, which makes it a good choice when trying to reduce air consumption
for energy cost savings. In lieu of an upper bypass, the Variable Air Volume Laboratory Fume Hood has a lintel, which
restricts the air intake of the hood to the sash opening and lower bypass

11. MOBILE TROLLEY LAF UNIT
ADKLIN INDUSTRIES Mobile Trolley LAF is used to protect the material from contamination by preventing cross
contamination, while passing through non sterile area in between two sterile zones. The mobile trolley works on battery backup,
while it is on mobile mode i.e. while movement of material from a sterile zone to sterile zone passing non sterile zone.
The unit is used in industrial manufacturing for protection of the product in areas like Pharmaceutical, Bio-tech industry, filling
section, Assembling processes, Tissue culture and others. Further, the unit is ideal to protect product from particular contamination
with the help of class 100 air & UV tube.
