This hotel apartments tower is located at a
prime location, at a crossroads of major roads
at Jumairah Village Circle. Surrounded by open

all units, which inspired the elliptical form of
the tower to help facilitate the view.

design of this project on its own provides its visitors

The Iberotel Royal Miramar Fujairah Hotel is
located in Fujairah, UAE. Its delightful setting
in an area of unspoiled natural beauty makes it
an ideal destination for a relaxing holiday.
This luxurious 5-star hotel features Moroccan-
inspired architecture. The main building is
surrounded by clusters of rooms on three
floors. There are 313 tastefully-appointed
rooms, all of which offer a breathtaking sea
view amidst the rocky mountains.
Tastefully designed in a low-rise Arabian/
Moroccan style architecture, the interior
design keeps the Arabic feel by using authentic
materials. The hotel has wooden arabesque
mashrabiyas, marble domes and warm, deep
colours for the furniture along with Arabic
patterns. Designed in cooperation with
ElDahan and Farid Architects.

XVI . The Gate
Location: Cairo, Egypt

Built Up Area: Approx. 500,000 sq.m.
Status: Under Construction
This one of a kind multi-purpose project is
a benchmark for the real estate community
in the region. The Gate project consists of 8
buildings, 6 of which are residential, 1 hotel
apartment run by a world class hotel operator,
and 1 office building, sports and healthclub
and polyclinic. These buildings stand atop a
podium which contains a 50,000 sq.m. state
of the art foru storey mall, below which is a
5 story mix of underground traditional and
automated parking system housing up to 4000
cars. Connecting all components is a one-of a
kind “megatree” design covered in lush plants
and solar cells. This project is designed with the
latest technology in sustainability, architectural
details, engineering and electronics, becoming
the gate to a new era of design and technology
in Egypt.

Location: Al Ain al Sokhna, Egypt.

Status: Design Development
This project consists of the redesign and
upgrade of the constructed Orlando Hotel and
Resort to an international touristic destination
on the Red Sea, run by world famous Hilton.
The resort consists of 203 rooms and suites, all
overlooking a central pool and the Sea. Other
components include 3 lavish restaurants and a
retail & leisure area.

of a retail and commercial zone, a residential

and a massive underground parking structure

Location: Marsa Alam, Egypt

Status: Under Construction
Estimated Cost: $700 million.
This one-of-a-kind project concept is creating
a city of hundreds of small boutique hotels in
one destination. The project is divided into
different zones, where each zone is given a
different cultural and architectural theme. The
pilot project, currently under construction,
is a stand-alone 300 room hotel. The rest of
the project consists of 3000 rooms divided
amongst 300 boutique hotels, each of which
contains from 8 to 20 rooms. Spread across the
500 thousand square meters are more than 200
different commercial, service and retail outlets,
creating an open shopping resort in 7 different
themes: Arabian, Mexican, Asian, Anglo, Greek,
Mediterranean and Modern International. This
makes Hotel City a unique attraction amidst
all the Red Sea resorts, as well as a destination
and touristic hotspot for family vacations and
night life .
